We had a fabulous time on the Micato Hearts of Kenya and Tanzania safari. The amazing wildlife viewing, interesting cultural experiences and tremendous customer service made it a truly important, unforgettable, and life-changing experience that was magical from start to finish. The Micato staff were highly attentive to every detail, even planning a birthday celebration and a special memorial for a recently lost loved one. From the time we exited the airplane to the time we returned to our departing gate, we were graciously supported by caring people leaving us with absolutely nothing to worry about. The Micato team gave us total confidence that we would get to the right places and have an exciting time. A notable example is while travelers with other companies were having a box lunch sitting by their vehicles, we were whisked off to a private meadow with freshly grilled food served on beautifully set tables with linens by attentive staff. While there are countless things we could mention, a critical element was having an exceptional, caring, and knowledgeable Safari Director who was with us the entire trip.
