RoostUp was the perfect opportunity for me when I first moved to Boston 2 years ago! I lived in a 5 bed 4 bath unit in southie by the beach and it was fantastic. My roommates and I all got along super well and we’re all still friends and hang out even though we’ve all moved out at this point, so either I was just very lucky or roostup does a great job with pairing people.
The apartment held up to it’s many amenities - the cleaning and the in-unit laundry were amazing and super convenient. I’d highly recommend living at a roostup property - the apartments are high end, the management is responsive and the convenience and amenities are definitely worth it.

Living in RoostUp Coliving apartaments has definitely improved my stay in Boston! Once they accepted my application, the moving process and paperwork was very simple and quickly solved, the RoostUp team is very effective and communication is fluent all the time. On top of that, the furniture was new and all services worked smoothly throughout the months (solving issues, cleaning, repairings...). The location was very good too, as it was close to services like public transport, groceries, pharmacies, colleges... and the time shared with my roommates even better! If I travelled back to Boston, I would go for RoostUp again!

I had a great experience at RoostUp and I highly recommend this for anyone who just moved to Boston or anyone who just graduated from college and needs a space that is fully furnished. Feels much like a dorm.
The location where I stayed at was a 10 minute walk to the subway station and the groceries. The unit itself was clean. If you have any messy roommates, there is a complimentary bimonthly cleaning service included in the monthly amenities fee. Also feel free to request maintenance easily through their portal. I've had great response time and the matter was often solved within a couple of days (of course, that depends on the task at hand).

Roost-up Boston are an excellent company, they are super efficient and communicate extremely well. Their places are absolutely immaculate, beautifully decorated and having everything furnished even right down to the small things like the bedding, a shower mat etc. was amazing. I’d rent from them again in the future without hesitation. Everything was swift, easy, and they are flexible on their rental periods which makes things even better. Thank you Joanna and Nick!

The place was well furnished and had a cozy vibe. It’s the best place to live in the area for many reasons, (i) fully furnished kitchen and living room, (ii) bedroom with private bathroom and bed/ mattress provided by the management, (iii) laundry in-unit, (iv) constitution beach is right next door for walking/ jogging and relaxing, (v) orient heights train station is just 2 mins away, (vi) there is an affordable men’s hair salon 2 mins away (it costs $25 for a simple men’s haircut), (vii) the management is good at resolving issues and very helpful, (viii) there is an amazing biweekly cleaning service, (ix) love the balcony time and I used it for sun basking and yoga, (x) security wise the area is pretty much safe, (xi) the house uses latch to open doors so no thinking about losing keys. Overall, this was a great place for my 3 months in Boston and I met some lovely people in my unit 3.
