They are honest and straightforward about what they have available. I rented a furnished room w/private bath and everything was clean and modern. and definitely one of the more affordable options in Boston. I would recommend this company for anyone needing a short term stay in the city.

Excellent service, the accommodations are very cozy and look new. I have had super kind roommates and that definitely makes it a friendlier environment. I think the price is good for the location of the apartments and how renovated they look. Also the fact that it's in Boston also makes it worth it since it's very difficult and expensive to find a place to live here. In conclusion 10/10 with Roostup

I resided at RoostUp in Kendall from June to December 2023, and it was a fantastic experience. The furniture and spaces matched the images on their website, and the company was very responsive. Finding a short-term lease in the Cambridge/Boston area was challenging, but RoostUp offered the flexibility to leave earlier, which perfectly met my needs.

Nick and Joanna at RoostUp are attentive to your needs. I would say that this is great for young professionals who do not know anyone in the Boston area and want a smooth transition to moving out to Boston with many amenities and conveniences provided (furnished room, cleaning, flat utility rates, in unit W/D)!

Absolutely enjoyed my time at the Roostup property on the east side of South Boston. I moved to Boston without ever having set foot in it and Roostup being my first home was an absolutely perfect situation. I’m not sure if it was just a coincidence or if Roostup actually does match us with people based on our backgrounds / resumes but all of my roommates and I got along great and have become good friends at the end of it!
The accommodations themselves were also great. The house was clearly newly renovated and the in-unit laundry and biweekly cleaning are things I’ll definitely miss. Maintenance requests were also always done promptly and the Roostup team is highly responsive overall. I stayed got 2 years and I would’ve stayed longer but unfortunately living with 4 roommates (5 total) can be a lot. That said, I would recommend RoostUp to anyone especially those just moving to Boston!

It was a great experience. Everything was very smooth and easy from start to finish. From the virtual tour to the contracts, it was all done very easily and professionally. The apartment was fully furnished and anything we needed on top of what was there was promptly provided, anything that needed fixing was fixed within the week and the apartment was kept very clean. I would highly recommend.

RoostUp was the perfect opportunity for me when I first moved to Boston 2 years ago! I lived in a 5 bed 4 bath unit in southie by the beach and it was fantastic. My roommates and I all got along super well and we’re all still friends and hang out even though we’ve all moved out at this point, so either I was just very lucky or roostup does a great job with pairing people.
The apartment held up to it’s many amenities - the cleaning and the in-unit laundry were amazing and super convenient. I’d highly recommend living at a roostup property - the apartments are high end, the management is responsive and the convenience and amenities are definitely worth it.
