Highly recommended. Moving to a new city can be stressful, in my case I was moving to a completely new country. The staff at RoostUp were very accommodating and took the stress out of moving. The apartment is well furnished and always kept clean. I couldn't ask for better housemates and the apartment is in a prime location.

I've been with RoostUp, for over a year, and love the Landlord, accommodations, and overall enhanced living conditions; for it's price point. RoostUp links you up with professional tenants that aligned with your vison and goals for the future. This helps build connections easier and establishes a foundation, especially if your moved from out of state, like I did. A company you can trust, in my opinion.

The RoostUp homes are absolutely beautiful! All are completely renovated with new appliances, bathrooms, and kitchens. Management is very attentive to maintenance requests and house needs and my roommates even ended up being some good friends. Others in the building are very friendly as well. Good price for living in the Boston area. Very happy I chose RoostUp! :)

RoostUp is an excellent company to rent from. They are responsive and were accommodating with my situation when moving to Boston. The apartment is nice and being fully furnished with bi-monthly cleaning is great. If you are looking for a room to rent, I would definitely recommend looking into RoostUp.

RoostUp is honestly the best place to house with if you have no idea where to live if you're moving to Boston. The application process is simple, quick, and you actually get to talk to a representative on the phone regarding every detail. The housing locations are clean, up to date, come fully furnished, and have smart home features that make it easy to live in. Also, having the cleaning services is a major plus. They actually care about their tenants and do constant check-ins regarding your living experience as well. All in all, they're very transparent and listen to their customers. My experience has been so far so good.

A fully furnished apartment with utilities included at a reasonable price. With a biweekly cleaning service. This was exactly what I was looking for as a graduate student who is always pressed for time. The staff was also responsive and prompt with repairs and updates

Staff are friendly and responsive to requests—I usually get a reply within a working day, sooner if it’s an urgent request.
Value-wise, their listings were among the most affordable I found in the Boston area. There isn’t much to dislike about the unit/room itself either, so overall I’m quite satisfied with my experience.

RoostUp is probably as good as is gets when finding a place in Boston. The quality of their homes is outstanding. The care and commitment to helping is impressive. No doubt You will get a buck for your money when choosing one of their homes. My favorite part of living with them is the amazing quality of people that they choose as their tenants. I have had two sets of roommates, each set were about 4 people, and I have not had one bad experience living with them. Additionally at first someone of their properties seem a bit pricy, but it’s not when you include the cost of utilities and the cleaning crew that is included. Don’t think twice about living in one of RoostUps homes.

Everything about RoostUp is easy on the head. You can move in with just a suitcase, like it’s a hotel. You don’t have to worry about finding good roommates or setting up utilities/WiFi. RoostUp is awesome if you’re moving to Boston from away, if you are a professional, or a grad student.
What really stands out about RoostUp is the management and customer service. They’re easy to get a hold of, attend to repairs promptly, and are genuinely excellent landlords.
