Finding an apartment in Boston is never easy. Especially if you are right out of college or in graduate school and don't have a roommate(s) or any furniture. Living on your own is expensive and if you're on a budget it's nearly impossible to find a decent place for a single person. RoostUp has come up with an option for renters in this situation. The provide fully furnished, newly renovated apartments with prescreened roommates and all the bells and whistles: washer/dryer, central air and a fully applianced state of the art kitchen. It's like moving into an Air B&B or a VRBO. All you need to bring are your personal items and your clothes. They offer flexible lease terms and professional property management. Included in the monthly rent are all utilities, internet, cable tv and cleaning every other week. It's a great concept and RoostUp has put out a quality product at a reasonable price. I highly recommend RoostUp!!!

I loved my experience in East Boston with RoostUp. The rent rate was an excellent value for utilities, cleaning service, and furniture included. I was really impressed how my bedroom layout used space efficiently and helped me live minimalistic. I appreciated having nice roommates without having to find them myself. The move-in process was really easy and all communication from the company was done in a personable way. I am so grateful I found this listing in my housing search!

It was very easy and straight forward to move in. It was great to have a stress free move in, in the middle of Cambridge! I was referred to live here by a friend and it was very easy and convenient! Having central A/C was easily the best thing about the apartment !

I've had a very positive experience in the short time I have lived within the RoostUp properties. I loved dealing with ONE company from the tour to maintenance to questions to move out. They provide a personal touch that made me feel valued as a resident. I actually was in a bind when I found the property. Another landlord had taken the deposit and then refused to allow anyone to move in! I was able to get my deposit back but was already out of my previous flat. Fortunately the RoostUp process was straightforward and I was able to move in asap! And the fact that the apartment was beautifully renovated and the service was impeccable!

They are legit. They have initial for the last rent when you fully sign and when it gets closer to the day you move, you pay the first rent. The rent is fixed. The maintenance requests are usually quick to report and fixed. Roommates.. well, it's random so settle issues among yourselves and email the upper management.

I rented a room with RoostUp and had a really good experience. The location was super convenient — just a quick walk to the train station, which made getting around really easy. For me, it was also perfect because it was close to my job, plus there are stores and new food spots popping up all around the area.
Overall, it was a comfy, well-located place to stay, and it worked out great for me.

Great experience moving in. A lot of different locations to choose from and the fact it comes fully furnished and the apartment gets cleaned biweekly was a huge selling point for me. I would definitely recommend RoostUp to others who are not from Mass and are applying for jobs here because they make the transition to live here very easy!

Since 2020, I have been with Roostup. It is an amazing experience here. Property is always incredibly managed. Never faced any problem with any of the utilities. In case of any minor problems, Roostup managed it immediately. I would always recommend Roostup as a first stop.
