The house that I’m living in has been great! It’s super convenient to rent from Roostup because they rent individual rooms instead of the whole apartment. That means I don’t need to find people to live with and risk them not having their part of the rent. You just have to worry about your own rent and that’s a relief for me. It is a flat fee as well, so there’s no splitting of utilities. Everything is included in the price on their website. Overall, I would definitely recommend!

I utilized this service when I needed housing after a tumultuous departure from my previous residence. Its been 2 weeks and the process is already as streamlined and easy to live in! the cleaning staff comes to take the trash out of the back and clean common areas. Roommates are respectful and great cohabitors. I love my space and would recommend this to young working individuals living alone!

It is a nice place. The RoostUp tema provides you instructions for payment and move in, and pictures are pretty similar to the real place, so it is a good option for a share renting

The RoostUp Apartment I moved into is excellent. It has all the amenities that I want. There’s no unexpected charges because it’s one flat fee. It’s cool that I don’t need to remember any keys and I only need to use my phone. Biggest thing for me was no broker fee. So you don’t need a ton of money upfront.

I’ve loved using Roostup. Super flexible, responsive, good apartments in Boston. Great for someone that may not know anyone to have roommates but would like to pay the roomate price of rent. It’s nice to know I’m only responsible for my portion of rent and all utilities are included. Highly recommend for anyone needing to find a place! :)

This way of renting is amazing if you dont want to bother about multiple payments, furniture, kitchen appliances, or anything but your work or activities. This works out perfectly for my purposes. The staff was responsive to me, and the apartments are in good shape, as shown in the pictures on the website.

Just moved to a RoostUp apartment and am loving the experience. The place has been recently renovated and it is extremely clean. It also comes with everything you need, including free washer/dryers in the building or in unit. The RoostUp team is really supportive and has excellent communication. Would definitely recommend it to any university students, young professionals, or anyone who wants to live in a great place with affordable prices in the Boston area.

I currently live in a Roostup location in Boston, and the management has been nothing but understanding of my living situation even after I decided to renew in a different location. There's no application fee, utilities are included as stated and having a washer and drier in the unit is a life-saver. Awesome!
