Easiest bike/car transaction I’ve ever had. Usually this process is a nightmare. This is my 10th motorcycle and I couldn’t be happier with the level of service I received. The sales team at Lucky Penny went above and beyond to get me the deal I needed and my salesman Jose was a breeze to work with. He answered all my questions and concerns and made sure I was fully satisfied with my purchase. I will bring all my friends and family to this group in the future.

They have a great deal on Saturdays. $100 out the door for oil changes. The staff are all great to work with wether it be buying or servicing a bike.

I want to give a thank you to the Lucky Penny team, Jaren was my salesman that put my on my 2020 Honda Fury. (Read the entire review) I had a minor issue come up with my ride that made me loose confidence in the bike, but the entire team was willing to help me. Dillon and Jerry were willing to do whatever we needed to rectify the situation, if I wanted another bike they were going to work it out for me. When Jaren was showing me other bikes he told me that he is “a rider before he is a salesman”, which made me more confident in the machines they had on the floor. After looking around, I decided to let them show me my bike and listen to her run. Phanie was incredible, she diagnosed it as a simple batter issue and replaced the battery on the house. And Jaren explained that my warranty is still intact in case anything else were to happen. So I took my ride home (took the long way of course) and they followed up to make sure I made it home some. Lucky Penny has made a loyal customer out of me. Thank you guys.

Bought a bike at Lucky Penny Cycles this morning and these guys are top notch! Jarron walked me through the sale and was awesome! I was flying solo and didn't have any way to get my bike home today Jarron dropped my bike of for me after the inspection. I'm about a mile from the shop and they sure didn't have to do that! 5 Stars IS NOT ENOUGH. My husband bought a motorcycle from Lucky Penny several years ago and the experience was amazing, which is the reason we came back for my next bike. We stopped in on a Saturday evening about an hour before closing to see what they had. You would think the staff would have dropped their heads in frustration when we walked in so close to the end of their day, it didn't happen. Jose asked all the right questions, and went to work showing their inventory. It's as if he had a magic wand and "POOF", there she was. The bike fit all of my requests and expectations. Looking back, Jose knew I found my bike before I did. That's the mark of a true salesman who listens and is amazing at his craft. Blair was available to answer questions and Fanny, (the Service Manager) made the deal even sweeter by magically appearing with the dresser for my bike that was stored for safekeeping. She filled us in on service deals and her knowledge and personal touch ensured I will use them for any future service. There was no pressure, just knowledge and a true desire to assist in the hunt. Dillan worked the numbers so I would have a better idea of an estimated total and Jose went the extra mile by sending a walk around video Tuesday morning, (the battery was dead on Saturday evening). A new battery allowed a test ride Tuesday evening which sealed the deal and you guessed it, papers signed and she was all mine; a 2017 Yamaha V Star 1300 Deluxe. If you're looking for a great used motorcycle and want to feel good about the experience from beginning to end; no hassle, no haggle, just amazing customer service from a great group of individuals who want to see everyone experience freedom on 2 wheels, go see the team at Lucky Penny, you will not regret it.

This is a great place full of good people. I brought in a trade that wasn't worth very much, and they took care of me. I rode my new bike home the same afternoon.
