They went as far load my bike and strap it down for haul all while explaining and showing me how to. Amazing customer service, great environment, humble guys. Definitely recommend lucky to all.

Dustin and Dillon were square dealing with me. Absolutely no BS. It was my first time at Lucky Penny and I had a great experience.

Found a Road Glide that I wanted and inquired about it online late one evening. Next morning Dustin calls me and we get the details worked out and everything approved. Being that I was 4hrs away, I couldn't get up there until the next day to check it out and pick it up. When I got there, the bike was filled up and ready to go and the paperwork was waiting on me. I don't think I was there even 30 minutes before I rode off. Let me tell you.. they make it dangerously easy to buy a bike!

Just wanted to take a minute to say thank you to Phanie and her team. I bought a barely used 2022 Harley Street bob. Had a great test ride and knew right away this was the bike I wanted. I ended up having an issue on the first day. Phanie took charge of this very unfortunate situation. It was just out of everyone’s control just one of those things that happen. Phanie and her team came out picked up my bike to get it looked at. They got me situated honestly as fast as the process would allow. It did take me a little time to get it back but everything worked out for the best for both of us and I ended up with virtually a brand new bike. The sales team and management were great in this as well. The professionalism that was used during all this was absolutely second to none. They have a loyal customer in me and My bike will come here for all its needs. Thank you Phanie I don’t know where I’d be without honey! You are a true professional and I appreciate your ability to go to bat for a customer. I am very fortunate to have you on my side. True customer service is hard to come by anymore. But soon as you walk in experience the atmosphere no one trying to shove a bike down your throat, but are there to give you all the information you need. We had a bad experience with another bike dealership who was a jerk to my son and basically said it would be super hard to get a lender to loan him $5,000 because he only has an $800 credit card on his credit. I called Lucky Penny Cycles and spoke with Dustin. Within 2 hours, my son was approved for a bike he saw online. Dustin stayed in constant contact with me the whole time. When we got to the dealership, without hesitation, Dustin was happy to show my son several other bikes too. The original one was a bit too heavy… When my son ended up choosing a more expensive bike, they had no problem getting him on it. Dustin in sales, Dylan the finance guy, and even the shop manager Fannie were all some great people and the customer service was a breath of fresh air!!! Been looking for my dream bike, a Yamaha XSR700 in the Red/White & Gold combo. Lo and behold, PennyCycles has one in stock. It's a 2021, with very low miles and looks like new. I decided to get some more info. Jaron was my Sales Agent. He knew EVERYTHING about the bike. As it turns out, everyone at PennyCycles is a rider, and their business model is to sell wicked clean bikes and offer best pricing, unlike major dealer franchises. Jaron was patient with me and held the bike until I returned from overseas. He gave me the absolute best pricing on this model, and for the year. Very competitive, I'll tell you that. I also worked with Dillon, the Sales Manager and he ensured that the whole deal was smooth. Before I knew it, I was signing paperwork and became the owner of a new to me Yamaha XSR700. But it gets better. They assisted me in setting up a delivery service for the bike, as I was quite a few hours away. Communication was always on point with them, always just a phone call, text or email away. I took a chance at buying online sight unseen, and well, let me tell you, it was all worth it with these guys. When I finally received the bike, I questioned myself if I got the same XSR700, because it just looked like new. Rode and handled perfect. The whole bike was perfect. These guys went out and beyond to help me, and ensure the deal. I cannot ever thank them enough for their patience, and assistance. Shout out to Jaron and Dillon, for having an amazing Sales team and helping out riders get back on two wheels. Took a while since I was modding the bike and got busy riding. I suppose to properly thank Penny Cycles is to support them and buy their bikes. You won't regret it. Support those who have your best interest, the buyer. These dealers who are riders themselves will always look out after their clients and support family. Should I ever buy another bike again, which might be a Honda Grom or Kawasaki Z125 for my wife (or me) I will without a doubt buy from Penny Cycles.

Had an awesome experience at Lucky Penny! José created a super relaxed and friendly buying experience, I bought a Dyna a few months ago and couldn’t be happier. Welcoming and not pushy at all, way better than buying a car! Recently brought it to the service department and Phanie was so nice and got my bike in and out quick and kept me posted along the way!

Jerry, Dustin, and Dillon were fantastic to work with. Jerry did all the ground work and put together all the numbers, Dustin made sure we were completely satisfied with the bike and made sure everything went smooth, Dillon did all of our paperwork and made sure all the numbers we discussed prior to arriving to the store were the same. They all were very laid back and made the process so smooth. Hands downs we will be back for another bike!

First, they fit me into a busy schedule, the morning I first called. Second, they definitely made safety adjustments that they regarded as imminently necessary. Booked schedule notwithstanding. You just literally cannot be more or more caring for your patrons without becoming a charity. Really glad I made the drive. I'd had a smooth (but usually intermittent and infrequent) professional relationship with them for years so I had a feeling it'd be the same now as a customer but I'm kinda own away. And price was super competitive. Very happy about the price.
