I had been looking at getting my first motorcycle for a few years now, and saw plenty of ads for Lucky Penny Cycles while I was searching and decided to go in to check them out in person. From the moment I walked in, these guys were absolutely amazing! It was a busy afternoon, and Preston took the time to stop and check on me as he was finishing up with another customer. Once he was finished, Preston came and found me on the show room floor and walked me through all the options they had that fit my criteria. Not only did she show me the bikes that I was looking for, but he also explained in great detail the stories behind the bike and the unique qualities that each bike had as far as power/ speed/ handling/ etc. One of my big fears going into a shop for the first time was having a sales rep talk to me like I was less than, because I did not know everything that I was talking about. Or having someone try to push a sale on me that I was not ready for. There was none of that here. These guys were unbelievable. Coming from someone who works in customer service, these guys surpassed all of my expectations and were top notch all around from the second you walk in the door, to the follow up text the next day to check on you and see how you were doing with your decision making. I would recommend this shop to anyone who was looking to make a motorcycle purchase, and promise that you will not be disappointed!

Buying a bike from them was a phenomenal experience. They were super friendly when I came in to scout out some motorcycles I had found online. When I can back in to buy one they were great and open with me about the whole process. I hope I’m still in Houston when it’s time for my next motorcycle. I’d probably be willing to travel to them to buy from them again.

after buying a 2003 vstar 1100 and having it delivered to me ,i found an oil leak on exhaust rear inspection cover,after talking to mamager in a calm voice and explaining the issue ,it was being taken care of,if you like to check out some nice bikes from harley to whatever,check them out. manager chris and ivan a salesman and a lady salesman are very customer appreciated ,thanks for taking care of this issue,
