after buying a 2003 vstar 1100 and having it delivered to me ,i found an oil leak on exhaust rear inspection cover,after talking to mamager in a calm voice and explaining the issue ,it was being taken care of,if you like to check out some nice bikes from harley to whatever,check them out. manager chris and ivan a salesman and a lady salesman are very customer appreciated ,thanks for taking care of this issue,

Great place to buy a bike!! Saw one online i really liked, chatted with a rep and in no time i got a call ftom Leeann. She was very attentive to my needs..questions..alway replied to my text messages promptly. I came in to see it and i was in love! I had been shopping around to Harley dealerships and I will say that comparing prices to the bike I wanted Lucky Penny had the better deal by a landslide! So glad we made the drive to Lucky Penny Cycles in Houston. We called and spoked to Lee Ann about an Indian Scout she sent us more photos by text. This was a long drive and we past several motorcycle dealerships along the way but the customer service we had already felt from Lee Ann was tremendous. We arrived and I loved the bike it was nicer in person we were impressed. Three weeks later Lee Ann called and mentioned the bike that my husband was looking for was in. We started the trade process over the phone for his bike and headed to Lucky Penny for the trade. The bike was gorgeous! We rode it home that night also. Staff was amazing. Breanna Spangler was awesome!! She made it easy for me to be able to pick up my new 2018 Rebel 500. Definitely recommend them if you are thinking about purchasing a motorcycle.
