Arrived at 10:30, left with complete trade at 11:30. Prices were very good, sales staff were very friendly. Wil Watson walked me to the bikes I was looking at, talked through various questions, and in general was very helpful.

Will Watson was a huge help in getting my deal done. I knew which bike I wanted. I did the whole process over the text/email. He was incredibly helpful and honest with pricing. After a week of talking over the phone I came in and was greeted at the door and was in and out in an hour and a half. I love my bike and I loved the service I received while trying to purchase. Again huge thanks to Will for the quick and painless process.

Will is awesome! Not sure how some of these people complain about low ball offers for their trade. It’s a trade, you’ll likely never get what you paid. However for me, I actually got MORE for my trade-in value than what I paid for the bike! Check around the other major dealers in the area and you will find the prices at Lucky Penny are generally lower. Dealer fees are also very competitive. Salesmen are low pressure and willing to help you find the bike that you want and is fitting for you. They have a lot to offer in variety of metric and US cruisers. From my experience the staff are not brand snobs as they want the customer to just be happy on two wheels. I rode in on a Harley cruiser and left with a sport bike. I went in shopping around for a dealer and not a bike and will be returning when I’m ready for that Fat Bob!

I bought my bike from my phone while I worked all week. That being said the experience was awesome. thanks to will, he literally did all the work and I just gave him my info for payment. I showed up late on Saturday and will greeted me at the door like family. Once I was inside I spoke to Keri and signed a few papers then rode out the front doors. Awesome team members! the atmosphere was full of good vibes. I'm definitely buying my next bike from will.

I had a great experience getting my new (used) bike from Lucky Penny. I was helped immensely by J.R. as soon as I arrived the first time. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was looking for something in particular and after explaining that to him, he didn’t pressure me to buy something bigger or better or fancier. means a lot to me. He helped me a lot with information and he was really very informed about all the bikes, not just the Harley’s. It’s not like some shops where the customer may be made to feel intimidated or made to feel dumb by the staff or pressured into buying something else, just because that’s the preference of the staff or that employee. No it’s the opposite here. Second trip over I was helped by Danny, who was also great. He helped me out getting my new bike out and all ready to go when I left with it. I stopped by yesterday, a month later - just to say hi and check on a merchandise order. I met Ashley who assisted me with that, and also gave me some other information I was looking for. She was very friendly and awesome to talk to about motorcycle riding. The staff here is very pleasant, welcoming and nice. It’s been a very positive experience dealing with Lucky Penny, and I highly recommend them!

Omg this is an amazing place. My husband and I were looking at bikes in the area and this place came across our radar. After having a bad experience at one of the bike places nearby, he was ready to give up looking. I was persistent on getting him a bike for his birthday. Well when I tell you Kerri came through for us, I was jumping with joy. She made it possible and even got us a better deal. Kerri and Matt y’all are wonderful.
