The sales team is great. They greeted me at the door. Then proceeded to approach me to find my interest. After finding out my interest, the salesman carried on a conversation with about bikes and show me what they had available at the same time.

We just purchased our second bike from here! Chunk (the dog) is the best salesman and Dirk (his owner) always takes great care of us. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new bike.

After wasting my time at 3 other shops, I fortunately stumbled upon Lucky Penny. No bother and no pushy salespeople. After about 10 minutes of looking around, Matt walked up asked me what I was looking for, he searched it up on the computer due to the many bikes on hand. Found a bike online that I had been shopping around for, sent an email asking questions about it, and Matt quickly replied with a video of it. So decided I wanted the bike sent all my info in one day, the next day gotta call to come pick up my bike. Of course I live 6 hrs away from the shop so by the time I got there that weekend all my paperwork was ready and bike was ready to be loaded. Matt and Keri went above and beyond to get me into the bike I wanted and was very pleased with their professionalism. I would definitely recommend going to them for any of your needs. And I will be back soon for another bike. Appreciate you guys and all you did for me!!!

Want to thank the whole team at Luck Penny, for what they did for my son Zach. This is bike number two for our family, and we will definitely buy again! Want to personally thank Ryan. He went above and beyond for us while we were there. All the guys there are very professional, but definitely make buying a bike a great, fun experience. I came here 3 different times looking to buy a good used motorcycle as a beginner. They never made me feel like I HAD to make a purchase like I did at other places I went to. Being all new to this I tried to ask as many questions as I could think of and Matt Quick was quick to answer them. He gave me information I didnt even think I would need just to build my base knowledge up about motorcycles.
