First off, I didn’t buy a bike from Lucky Penny! I found a ‘13 Kawasaki Voyager on their website that looked beautiful. Me and the wife was going to drive 4 hours down from Arkansas to look at. I contacted LPC and inquired about the bike on a Tuesday. Told them where we were coming from and we’d be there Saturday to check it out. Thursday, Mike emailed me to tell me the bike just sold. That was incredible in my opinion. Most dealerships would lie or hide the fact to get someone in the door and push a sell. Kudos to Lucky Penny for being honest in this day of dealership bait and switch techniques.

If there was any way that I could give Lucky Penny Cycles 10 Stars, I would. Let me tell you how Great these guys are... I have been fighting cancer since surgery in 2018. Between chemo, radiation, & not working, I lost everything. Suddenly I'm in full remission, want to get back to work, and needed transportation. Found the perfect ride for me at Lucky Penny, and these guys bent over backwards to help make it happen. Ashley is amazing! My apologies for bugging you so much! Still not back to full strength, so I didn't want a heavy ride. Bought a 2008 Kawasaki Vulcan 500, that is perfect, and a lot of fun. Not to mention a great price! Thanks guys for making this happen. Not just the Ashley, & the Big Boss, but the whole crew. Deal was made, paperwork done, and the Vulcan was mine. Was ready to ride out, when the Shop Mgr. comes to me, and says that he would like to keep it until tomorrow. Why? The battery isn't holding a charge, and he wants to get me a new one. I could have been bummed, but instead, I'm very impressed. Shout out to Mark for the ride home! Next day, I ride out a very happy customer. After owning it for a week now, I'm even happier. Already ordering goodies for it Windshield on the way, & hard bags are next. Thanks to all of you for everything! Lucky Penny Cycles is a Class Act! Highly recommend these guys! When the time comes, they will absolutely have my business again!

Bought a 2013 Kawasaki Vulcan Voyager. Beautiful bike, almost show room looks. So far runs great. Mark (salesman) was great. Upfront and honest about everything, very responsive, answered all my questions, and was a joy to deal with. Blair and Niel were very helpful as well. Seem like good honest people at Lucky Penny. Would definitely recommend. Will update if needed. Update: Brought bike in to check if rear shocks were holding air. Turns out it was the pump I was using. Asked them where I could get a good one. They gave me the pump they were using. Above and beyond customer service. P.S. Sorry John Ferguson. You would have loved this bike.

It was my first Harley purchase and I will definitely be back for a trade in. I honestly feel I hooked a great deal. The bike is in mint condition and I am so happy with it.

When i went in to look at the Honda bike i was interested in, I was helped pretty fast.The service was quick and fast. If you had any questions the manager who handles the payments and document requirements was quick to answer and help me out with my question. Great Service! :)

This place is totally amazing. This is my 3rd harley in my collection and truly amazed. Not only on the selection they have. I was in wow the moment I walked in. This place is now my #1. The service was the best I've met, and I've gone all over texas looking for the right bikes. Not at all in your face trying to push something on you, and wow did they help. Even while I'm still financing another harley, they still worked it out so I can just add it on and with such a small down small payments. The dude Max , totally rad dude who was great help and knows exactly what hes talking about. Not just some sales rep who doesnt know what hes talking about. Mary...youre the the best. Things was going sideways for a minute and I needed this softail for the collection and, dont know how, but she pulled strings and made this happen . Worked with me on the price and where I wanted to be on my monthly payments.
