I drove all the way from Kansas and at no point was I disappointed! From the starting phone call to the closing and loading of the bike. I came down by myself trying to stay ahead of the rain. Jose helped me load it on the trailer before the next round of rain. Dillon answered every question I had in finance and even took the time to break down the process of all the paperwork being I'm from another state not familiar with tx paperwork. If you're looking for a bike, then you owe it to yourself to go check these guys out!

Wow, what a truly AMAZING experience all the way around!! Excellent staff. We walked in to look @ a bike (still shopping around) and left with signed papers and being the proud new owner of a Kawasaki Vulcan 900. Jose was professional, friendly and knowledgeable and we left with him feeling more like family than our salesman. I was upfront from jump about my down and Jose and Dillon worked to use LESS than what I had on me to get me onto my DREAM BIKE over the more affordable one. Fanny knew her stuff when it came to inquiring about possibly adding accessories and she had a way of selling me my own dream in a way that made me feel that I would do myself a great injustice if I didn’t go with the one that I WANTED. Not once did the staff here make us feel like we were anything short of part of the family even though this was my first bike purchase ever. Do yourself a favor, if you’re in the market for a bike, stop in and see Jose, Fanny, and Dillon, you won’t regret the experience….. and you’ll most likely leave with a dream. We drove in from Oklahoma, and I’d do it again without hesitation.

I've come to their service dept twice first for rear tires. They were super fast and good prices this time I went for some front tires same great service. I also checked out the showroom, the sales team is awesome they knowledgeable excited about motorcycles and not pushy. Overall, this is my new place to buy and service my bikes.

Bought a Ryker Rally a year and a half ago and really love it. When I saw a Spyder in Wyoming that had traveled from Georgia I knew I wanted one. I had purchased from Lucky Penny in DFW and naturally looked at the website again. I found my Ryker F3 Special and called Tyler. We spoke about the bike and I asked him about a price point. It was near closing time and within five minutes he called me back with good news. I drove from Dickinson and looked at the bike and Max, Mary and Matt had me riding out in a very short time. I can honestly say that I have purchased two bikes from Lucky Penny and probably wouldn’t look elsewhere. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for the purchase of a certified pre owned bike.

I found a motorcycle listed for sale and then found out that it was Lucky Penny Cycles that was selling it. I made an appointment with Jaron to come in to take a look around. Jaron let me browse everything they had, it was the least pressured sales experience as he was there if I had questions (I had plenty of questions) but let me have my space. Lots to choose from, newer bikes to some older bikes with all the price tags to fit any budget. Jaron is very knowledgeable about all things motorcycles so he was very helpful. I first put a deposit on the bike I really liked and made an appointment to come back for a test drive. The more I thought about it I started the negotiation process right then and there. Once again, Jaron was not pushy at all, I would even say they he wanted me to get the best deal on the bike and wanted me to be happy with the experience over making the sale that day. He was instrumental in working through the process and I felt extremely comfortable so I made the deal that same day. The paperwork part of the transaction was equally as easy, Ashley processed all the paperwork quickly as she knew I had to get going. Once again, no pressure in the paperwork process as I was given an opportunity to purchase a protection extended warranty but absolutely no pressure to do so as I have experienced in the past when purchasing a new car. Bought a 2108 Vulcan 900 a couple months ago and The bike has been perfect. Max helped me out and got me a great value for my trade in as well. Great experience all around. Would recommend to everyone for a quality used bike.
