We've been working with Issaquah Pest Control for all of our pest control issues for at least 2 years now. They have such down to earth, hardworking, reliable, responsive, and compassionate employees from the folks on the phone at the desks when you first call to schedule and/or just ask questions to the individuals who come out regularly to check on bait boxes, clear spider webs, spray, etc. This is a long overdue post of our graditude to this company. We've had a hell of a last 3 years in life in general as a family with two toddlers now and lots of unprecedented house projects that have came up. So, it is sooooo nice to be able to call up Issaquah Pest Control and have them take care of pests or creepy crawlies that pop up. We've had all kinds of situations from annoying ants, huge spiders, a few rats in our backyard, and even a gross decaying animal in one of the crawlspaces of our home...and every time Issaquah Pest Control comes through. Josh came by to spray for ants yesterday and came out for hornets in the summer. Free out-of- cycle visits arw included in the annual plan.

Technician Josh Andrews is very professional and helpful. He came in and first inspected the exterior of the house while doing the external insect treatment/spider web removal. And then came inside to inspect the attic and confirmed that there's no rodent activity. He also replaced the sticky traps in the garage and removed the previous sticky traps. He patiently explained to me what type of bugs/insects were previously captured by the trap and I learnt some new knowledge from him.
Overall very pleased with the service. Will use their service again in future!

Not all the tech are created equal, and that goes for the techs at Issaquah pest control as well. Josh & his assistant, Kirby are exceptional. Professional, prompt, and honest. They fix what others can fix and also help solve problems that others just tell you to just give up. Worth 5 stars for sure

Josh came by my house this morning for pest services and he is always so thorough. He takes the time to explain what is going on with any pests in my home, lets me know how he is going to fix it, and tells me what I need to do moving forward.
I have quarterly service with Issaquah Pest Control and whenever I see that Josh is assigned to my route I know I will be able to have all my concerns addressed. He is one of the many reasons I recommend Issaquah Pest Services to my friends and family.

I've had a great experience with all the representatives from Issaquah Pest Control coming out for the introductory 3-visit plan. Every person who came out has gone above and beyond to do the correct mitigation rather than the bare minimum. Most recently, Dan and Josh stopped by to quickly check traps but spent a lot more time helping me with advice on rodent smell cleanup and finding new entry-points to seal. Above and beyond to do the right thing.

The technician who came out was very nice about being sent to the wrong place. Fortunately he wasn’t too far. Unfortunately , the ants were already in the house so the bait helped to reduce the ant population.

Dane has now treated the exterior of our home twice and did an excellent job both times. Our ant problem has been solved!! He was thorough, professional, friendly and answered all of our questions. We love the fact that the treatments are environmental/pet friendly. Excellent company to do business with.
Update: Josh has now been out for two quarterly treatments and has also been excellent. He is thorough, professional and responsive to our questions and concerns. We are totally satisfied with Issaquah Pest Control and their staff. I recommend them without hesitation.

I'm a repeat customer. Issaquah Pest Control helped us eradicate wasps last year and I called this year when we observed a new nest.
Issaquah Pest Control arrived during the stated window and in addition to treating the reported area, checked the rest of the house and found a second nest that we had not noticed and treated this second nest during the same visit.

Cal did a great job killing the wasp nest that was under ground in my front yard. He came to the house as scheduled, checked the nest for additional entrances and sprayed the entrance. By the next evening, they were gone. This company has great communication and a very fair price point. I am very happy with the service they provided and would definitely use them again if needed.
