I’ve used their quarterly services for a couple of years. In addition, I have used them for cleaning my roof windows and for eradicating moles.
I would like to recount three times where I was very happy with the customer service.
In the first year, I had rodent issues. After multiple attempts where rodent activity was visible inside the house, a senior technician was sent in. He did a great job of figuring out the entry point and sealing it. The entry point was from a gap between the garage door bottom seal and frame. He went out of his way to fill the gap. Since then, I’ve had no more sightings.
I had engaged their services last summer to clean my windows and roof. I was out of town and was not present at the time of services. When I got back, I noticed that the roof was clean but the windows were dirty. I took some pictures and sent them to the manager. The founder calls me the next day. Apologies for the windows and refunds the money for the windows and roof. I was blown away as he didn’t have to refund the money for the roof, which was done well.
Last fall I had a mole wreaking havoc in my hard. After spending 500$ with a different company, I enlisted the services of Issaquah Pest control. I called in early Jan and was explained that multiple visits would be needed to curtail it. Was given the quote for 4 visits. After 4 visits the problem wasn’t solved. Every visit, I noticed that all the holes weren’t closed immediately after the treatment. Also, two times, the visits were made when the ground was frozen due to extreme temperature drops. I mentioned this to the owner. His responded immediately by offering to do the 4 visits again and free of charge. Mole problem solved.
Mistakes happen. How you handle it, speaks volumes about the business.
