I switched to Issaquah Pest after being frustrated by my previous company. I’m a busy mom, business owner, pet owner and have a rather large home. My to do list is endless. I needed my trees cut back and weather stripping replaced to help keep mice out. Which I have not taken time to address cause-life… well after another reminder from our awesome tech Dane, I got a text from Taylor at the office with links to companies that they found for me to come do the services I need but haven’t had the energy to find. What?!? That’s a PA Job. Way above and beyond.

I would rate Issaquah Pest & Home Services very high. I usually don't write reviews but seeing their service and quality of work I am compelled to so. We had ants/flying ants last year at our place and I called them. Chris Strickland, the technician who came to inspect our place. He inspected our place thoroughly and provided the necessary service needed. The ants are long gone, I don't see them anymore around. Recently, we started observing mice droppings in the kitchen area, we called them and they scheduled a visit in couple of days. Chris Strickland again came, got into the crawling space, found a gap in the structure where the mice was getting in. He went above and beyond to close the gap. Additionally, he found that there was vent under the crawling space that was not disconnected for some reason. He fixed that as well. Wonderful service. I would highly recommend Issaquah Pest and Home service if you have any pest related issues.

My home in Sammamish is an extremely difficult case. Rodents in the attic refusing to take any bait and wary of sticky traps. Issaquah Pest diligently worked to plug up the endless cracks and holes leading outside (exclusion work), patiently advised us to cut back foliage, and are getting results. A lot of service for the money. I get the quarterly service and it's a bargain. No more scratching sounds in the attic! I highly recommend and plan to continue with them.

They don't just do a quick in and out. They are extremely thorough. I can only afford quarterly service but definitely feel i'm getting my monies worth. Detailed instructions left. Great notification by email and text. Rats are my main concern and I no longer hear evidence in the crawlspace (old 1950's home).

We had an ant problem and signed up for the yearly/quarterly program from Issaquah Pest Control. On a visit in November we met with technician Josh K in person (as we were home) who was excellent. He went above and beyond checking places in our home which may have added to our problem and gave us excellent education on pests and the type of treatment needed. We have been very pleased with all the technicians and office support staff we have spoken to throughout this past year. Thank you!

I would like to recommend this company to anyone who has pest/animal issue at home.
A stray cat brought a dead mouse in our backyard. It was very gross. We are afraid of dealing with it by ourselves. We quoted many pest/animal control companies, but few of them provide this kind of service.
After we were stood up by another company, Taylor from Issaquah Pest Control responded me very quickly and warmly. She would like to send someone to help us on the following day for FREE. Brayden arrived on time and saved us by retrieving the dead mouse. He is really nice and professional. We would definitely choose him and this company in the future.

My house is near the creek- we have had Issaquah Pest on contract. With this sudden cold weather an unexpected guest' moved into the attic. Josh from Issaquah Pest came out the next day and set traps in the attic. They are following up with checking the traps regularly and couldn't be happier!'
