I had random wasps in my house since November. Called issaquah pest control. The receptionist answer all of my questions along with pricing. She set up a timely appointment and Jenny was on time and ready to inspect my house including attic space. She found the nest in the attic space took pictures and then sprayed it. Hopefully that will be the last of the wasps.
She was very professional and would recommend them.

Received great service from Josh A. He saw and disposed of a dead rodent while treating exterior of our house. Came inside to treat for small ants in our kitchen and provided specific instructions including explaining why if I happen to see more.

Consistent honest on time and professional. Issaquah pest control services cannot be beat and I highly recommend their quarterly package. Their technicians are extremely mindful professional and caring as if they were treating their own home. This company has helped mitigate mice and carpenter ant issues that were once present. I had what I believe might have been a nest of rats between two floors in our hundred -year-old house. I called Issaquah pest control and said that I needed an assessment but that I did not want them to send out a guy with some rat traps and a jar of peanut butter; I needed somebody experienced because the rats seem to be in an inaccessible part of the house. Their manager (is that his title?) Simon called me back within a couple of hours and came out the next day to check out our situation. He identified the spot where he believed the rats were going in and out took a picture of it for me and explained how they would handle it.
All sounds of the rats stopped abruptly two days later and they have not been heard from since. For this reason I havent called him back to set up any work but if the rats were to return I would not hesitate to give Simon a call.'

Jennifer with Issaquah Pest Control came out again this week to do my quarterly treatment. She as usual did an excellent job. I have not had problems with mice spiders or ants since they began taking care of my home. Very satisfied customer!

Knowledgeable friendly and helpful. Not over selling all of their services. They handle my requests and let me know what is possible for them to do. I have really enjoyed working with IPC. They completed a crawlspace restoration for me as well. Ive been with them for a few years and we enjoy their annual plan. Its really nice to just have everything taken care of. They are really good communicators. I enjoy their payment system and they way they text you and follow up. I wish more companies would be this proficient at how they conduct themselves.'

Called around to help with a rodent problem at the end of the day and Issaquah was there to the rescue. Josh A. came out after hours to survey my house and try to find the rodent. Not only did he what was ask which was look for the rodent but patched up things around the house so no other critters come in. His report was very thorough and detailed that it felt like you were walking through with him what he did. They sold me to do pest control maintenance at my house.

I feel satisfied everytime I receive a service report from each visit. Most recently Josh helped to seal up a hole in the crawl space and removed some dead rodents while he was at it. I would highly recommend going with Issaquah Pest Control if you have rodent & spider activities around your house.

I called Issaquah Pest and Home after my current pest control company said they would not remove a dead rodent in our crawl space. Issaquah Pest had someone out at my residence in 24hrs. Found and removed the smelly mouse from under the house within 30mins of showing up. They also checked our attic, did a walk around, patched a couple possible entry points and even baited my exisitng traps. The tech Chris was super knowledgeable and freindly. I was so impressed with the service/remedy and customer service. I'm switching to them for my pest services.

This company makes our lives so easy! From scheduling appointments to paying to customer service it has all been wonderful and such a huge weight off my shoulders knowing they will get things taken care of when we need it. The last thing you want is to have a cumbersome process or someone who is non-responsive when you are dealing with a stink bug infestation! These guys do it right. Just a text or a phone call away and no hidden fees. Love love LOVE them.
