Living in the forest lends to having issues with all kind of insects and rodents. Josh our service specialist came out to do our quarterly maintenance plus took the extra step to make sure our needs were met with some pesky ants. He was very professional and courteous. Issaquah Pest Control is the best.

This company was the most responsive and friendly one from whom I received a quote (through Yelp). Dane arrived within the scheduled window and was attentive to each issue I raised. He did a thorough initial visit including removing an atrocious wasp nest that had been in my attic for who knows how long (previous past control company did not mention nor perhaps observe this). I also had an ant issue that popped up the same morning that he was able to address. Their prices may seem slightly higher than competitors at first but given the scope of services they performed in the initial visit was worth the cost.

Dan and Dane were great. Friendly, professional and most importantly very patient. Had initial appointment and a mouse was caught the next morning. My next appointment was supposed to be the week after but I called IPC and they said Dan and Dane were nearby so they offered to come by to pick up the mouse and put new traps in when they really didn’t have to. The team clearly take proud in what they do so I highly recommend Dan and Dane and IPC.

Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine having strong feelings towards a pest control company but Issaquah Pest Control continues to be the gold standard for customer service across ANY industry. You can contact them through multiple channels (email text call) and they respond nearly instantly - my most recent email inquiry took less than 7 minutes to be resolved. They are efficient thorough and stand by their work no questions asked. You receive service reminders before your appointments and following each visit are sent a detailed report on what they found. I have been impressed by every interaction with every employee. I cannot say enough good things.

The other ratings dont lie! We went on vacation and came back to find mouse droppings in our house-yuck. I did some research and chose Issaquah Pest control.
