Josh A and Ammon came to my house yesterday to do the capenter ant treatment. Both of them were professional and answered all my questions. Especially for Josh A, he was very informative and patience. He explained all the steps and details about the treatment. I am very happy with that and took the quarterly subscription with IPC.

We have setup a recurring quarterly service and Chris does such a wonderful job each time. When we bought the house, we did see a lot of spiders and pest activity around the house, but after we started the treatment, it has been so great and we barely see any spiders or any other insects. Chris is super friendly and also does a great job in explaining any issues that we have and how they are planning to treat it. Overall, the staff is very responsive and flexible. Would recommend this company to everyone.

Dan was promptly on time for our appointment. Dan is VERY knowledgeable about pests in homes in our area. He explained that our flying ants were not termites. Dan set out ant traps and sprayed the perimeter of our home and the inside areas where the ants were present. Issaquah Pest Control gives first class service. We highly recommend this company. Excellent value!

They are literally the best. I had a newborn baby years back and we had a flea infestation when we got back from the hospital. They changed their entire schedule to help my family and I out. They knew fleas could get the baby or me sick so they made it an emergency. They deserve the world in our families eyes. They took care of the fleas and they even came back for a free check up to make sure the baby was safe! They are the B.E.S.T!!!!!!!!!!!!

Issaquah Pest Control has always been thorough on time courteous and communicative in regard to being en route etc. Today Dane paid a visit to the house as part of our quarterly service and noticed a "pest enticement" that had gone unnoticed for many years and took care of it for us. For whatever reason the installer of our surveillance system drilled a 3/4 inch hole in the side of our house about 18 feet above the ground to provide a path for a cat5 cable to connect to a camera. Unfortunately no wire mesh or foam sealant was used to protect that space from potentially intruding birds. We have been very satisfied doing business with Issaquah Pest Control and recommend that anyone looking for pest control services give these folks an opportunity to earn your business.

worked with Josh A. Hes the technician on my last two visits and after his visits. It seems my crawl space are finally free of mice. Got to say Josh really knows what he's doing and was very thorough. He made sure to seal the smallest gap to make sure mice aren't getting into my crawl space and explained why he was doing things really well to me as well. Highly recommend'

We have been very happy with Issaquah Pest Control. Their regular service always includes a detailed explanation of what they did and any concerns they have, as well as why they feel those concerns should be addressed. This frequently reminds us to cut back trees or plants that are providing access to rodents or other animals. We live near large green belts so they also maintain bait stations and keep us updated as to the levels of activity at them.
In addition to their regular service, they also as part of our plan address any concerns we bring up in a thorough and professional manner. We recently discovered mice had been getting into our garage but did not know how. They checked all seals in the garage and across two visits within a week did a thorough examination of our crawl space and blocked multiple entry points that they discovered. All as part of our regular service without any additional attempts to charge us.
All of this support with staff that have always been very kind, friendly and respectful. We can't imagine using another pest control provider.

I’m very happy with the service from Issaquah Pest Control. Chris is very nice and helpful. he helped us remove several active wasp nests. I would definitely recommend to use their service if your house has issue with wasps.

Chris arrived within the time widow and provided an update when he was on his way. Chris was respectful and responsive to all of our needs. He provided an initial inspection related to our concern of a possible mouse infestation, checking the house, attic, and crawl space. Chris was able to provide some seals on concerning areas and repair a damaged air duct in the process. Issaquah Pest Control communicates quickly and is able to schedule in a reasonable time.
