Had a great experience with Addison today with wasp activity outside our home. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was also really impressed with how responsive they are to calls and voicemails. Great customer service experience. Would definitely recommend.

Issaquah Pest Control sent out their technician Josh to help with rodents getting into the basement of an older home. Josh was on time knowledgeable and very professional. He thoroughly explained where and how they might be gaining access to the house and their habits. Upon inspection of the interior and exterior of the home he found a number of spots where they were likely getting in and sealed those areas with steel wool and/or foam. He also set up several rodent trap baits in the basement and a couple in the attic. I was very satisfied with the service and would not hesitate to use Issaquah Pest Control in the future.

Switched from another company. The first visit Jimmy did such a thorough and professional job. In comparison, the previous company almost did nothing except set up the bait station and sticky plates. I am very happy with the service.

Recently while representing a seller just prior to closing 3 never seen before 1/2 - 3/4 inch black carpenter ants appeared overhead in the living room of our clients home. Of course the seller had to disclose this to the buyers and remedy asap. The sellers called another pest company who because there was no evidence of the previously seen ants recommended a general pest treatment along with quarterly returns. When the sellers reported what treatment would be employed I called the pest company to confirm which treatment they would utilize. They indicated this company did not treat for any condition above their heads or for wood boring pests which would mean that the treatments were not helpful for this situation and be an ongoing useless and costly treatment. Looking at the outstanding reviews here I decided to contact Issaquah Pest Control on behalf of our clients. We were luckily able to schedule an after hours appointment with Daniel (nickname Danny). Daniel knows his bus'

Daniel did an excellent service for ants and bees at our house. He's been very professional in every way. He was so pleasant to talk to and explained everything very clearly whatever questions we asked him. He was very knowledgeable about his profession. Great service by Addison. He was on time, walked me through all the mitigation measures and the treatment plan (some wasps liked my home and wanted to hang around!). The customer care team is responsive and articulate. Overall I am satisfied and look forward to be a regular customer.

We are very happy with the work Issaquah Pest Control has done in our crawl space. We had problems for years getting increasingly worse. IPC were able to help us clean and reseal the whole crawl space. They did a wonderful job, very responsive and thorough!

Overall the experience with this company is by far the best experience thus far. From the initial contact with their Office personnel Karly to meeting with the owners Todd and Jordan, to talking with their knowledgeable technician Tanner about what’s going on with the situation going on at our home. I felt heard and taken care of from the beginning. We have a plan in place and look forward to continuing to work with Issaquah Pest Control!

We discovered a wasp nest at 10:30 this morning ahead of a backyard graduation party this weekend. After verifying that it was wasps and not bees (they have a separate service to move bees), they had someone out immediately. By 5:30 the same day the nest had been treated. Everyone was very pleasant and communicated well. Appreciated the text updates throughout.

We just had Tanner out today and I cannot say enough good things about him. We feel very well taken care of and are so happy we chose Issaquah Pest control to help us with our rodent problem. I'm not one for normally leavening reviews but when you get exceptional service it deserves it. So I have a problem with small baby bees flying around my house. A couple years back I had a bunch of bees up in the attic and I thought I took care of it myself but apparently I was wrong. They came back to visit me so I called in a professional "Issaquah pest control" young man by the name of Andrew and the guy was outstanding he took the time to understand what I was complaining about and all of the details, asked good questions, walked around the house and checked out everything with a flashlight and you can tell this guy operating he has the experience and knows what he's doing. He had me going inside while he did the spraying and that was three maybe four days ago and I have not seen any of my baby bees flying around as of yet! outstanding service if you got a pest problem I highly recommend you call in the professionals like Issaquah pest control they use the stuff to get the job done that you cannot buy at home Depot and they know what they are doing I am highly impressed with there service and will be using them if I ever need them again.
