We needed someone to come check out several pest issues and Issaquah Pest Control got the job done. Their schedulers were helpful and got us in quickly. Simon and another technician did what we needed them to do (handle an ant issue and inspect for mice) professionally and with clear communication even providing a summary immediately afterward of their work. They adhered to all covid precautions and worked efficiently. Thank you!

Outstanding business. They clearly post their pricing on their website, and they don't make you sign a contract for the quarterly service (no sales pressure). I was impressed that 2 technicians arrived and spent close to an hour at my home; they were very thorough, took the time to educate me, and provided a detailed follow-up report as well. I have confidence I am in good hands, and their pricing is very reasonable.

I researched around for a pest control company and read a lot of reviews. 100% agree with the other positive reviews on Issaquah Pest Control! Josh and Gavin showed up on time took care of the issue and were great at explaining everything they were doing. Super happy. Great Job!

Tanner and Daniel were our techs and provided excellent service and we appreciated the COVID safety protocols (masks on). They did a great job sealing up all possible access points around our home while providing informative updates during our appointment. We saw immediate impact the day after the initial visit which was a huge relief considering we had trapped pests for four consecutive days prior. We also appreciated all the local knowledge of common pests our area and what we should/should not be worried about.

Jose and his buddy came to my house as my contractor suspected that there might be a wasps nest behind my warped siding boards. Jose explained the process very thoroughly before they started. After their investigation it turned out not a wasps nest, and they didn’t charge me.
Highly recommend this business and kudos to Jose and his buddy (sorry I forgot his name). Would definitely call again in the future if there’s any pest in my house.

We heard scratching in the walls and called Issaquah Pest Control. Jimmy came out the next week and found the entry points for mice and sealed them. He also crawled through our tight crawlspace to verify that his hunch was right about where the mice were hanging out and set traps in our crawlspace and around the house. Very pleasant people and very thorough in their work! I decided to sign up for a plan with them to help keep pests in control (I live by the woods so creatures are inevitable!)

Gavin and his partner (forgot his name) were absolutely terrific. They showed up promptly to help us remove a dead rodent. By the time they got here crows ate half or more of the rodent. They were very nice and helped us dispose whatever remains were there. Highly recommended!

Had Issaquah Pest control out to access rodent situation Simon was very efficient super nice and explained process. He came back 2 weeks later & determined no rodent activity other than 1 spot where they had dived into the special sauce and moved on to another place! Highly recommend and have signed up for their quarterly services. With all the construction in Sammamish the wildlife have to go somewhere we just want them to move on from our property which it appears they have!

Late review but I need to give them well deserved props! We bought a house back in Nov 2020 and wanted to do another pest inspection before we moved in. I remembered the home inspection report listed Issaquah Pest Control as the vendor the previous owners used for some fixes to the home before going on the market. I called them and spoke to Jen letting her know that we were the new owners and wanted to have a follow up inspection and if we liked them sign up for a quarterly pest inspection with them. She was super nice and helpful and set up our appt with Lucinda. Lucinda was very knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all my questions and wrote up at the end of the inspection what she did and any recommendations to prevent pest issues. We also used them in Feb 2021 for the rental we were moving out of to do a flea treatment. Our lease specified that if we had a dog at move out a flea treatment was required even though our dog never had them (lame!). Anyway I spok

This team is fantastic and helped us solve our rat problem. They were transparent about their pricing for one-time and ongoing service. I initially started with a one-time service, but upped it to ongoing. Easy transition with no surprise fees. Scheduling is a breeze and they update you with a text message when the tech is in route. Gavin was our technician and did an incredible job getting into all the tough spots throughout our home to seal off access points. Still, the rats continued to hang out in the wall (most likely trapped at this point) and we had to get very creative with getting a trap into the wall cavity. This above and beyond work has solved our rat problem. And I know with the ongoing service that if anything pops up, they will be right out to address it with no extra cost. I would highly recommend this team for your pest control needs.
