Very responsive during the scheduling process and arrived right on time. Todd and Jordan did a very thorough job of inspecting my crawlspace and outside perimeter of the house -- stopping up entry points and making recommendations on how to further mouse-proof the house. They were great about answering all of my questions very professional and pleasant. Removed all dead mice in my crawlspace and set traps. Total cost ended up being less than the quote! Well see if we catch any more mice in the traps. Highly recommend!'

Great service! They respond really quickly and I had an appointment time set within 1hour after initial contact...and it was in a weekend. First visit was excellent and follow-up visit was great too. They keep you informed by email or text every step of the way. I highly recommend them and love that they are a local service!

Fantastic service I really appreciate the quarterly subscription and that they come for other one off issues included. For example we had a minor rat problem in our garage and we were concerned they had gotten into the crawl space I called them up and they came that week to seal up holes identify how the rat had gotten in and setup traps in the crawl space and around the house. Not only that but they scheduled 2 follow ups to make sure the situation was under control. The best part is that all of that was covered under the quarterly plan with no additional out of pocket charge. Very professional and they go the extra mile to give you piece of mind.

This is a great Family owned and operated business. They pride themselves on being customer-centric and taking pride in their workmanship. They displayed both with us. Jordan was on time was warm and friendly and patiently took me through their ant prevention protocols and the tools they use to get an excellent outcome. There was no up selling pressure whatsoever and the Company provided a great value for the services they provided. Do yourself a favor and make Issaquah Pest Control the first call you make if you have an issue with pests. Peterj

Great company! My mother saw a flea inside her home and freaked. With company coming in just two days she was beside herself. Through a friends recommendation she immediately contacted Issaquah Pest Control. Although theyre schedule was full they bent over backwards to make sure they were able to squeeze in a time to come and provide the necessary treatment to rid my parents residence of their unwanted little critters. Thank you Issaquah Pest Control for going above and beyond to assist my frantic mother with her situation. Now she can rest easy tonight knowing that her company which comes tomorrow will not be eaten alive by little nibbles from fleas.'

Hands down the best level of service I have ever received! We needed emergency pest service and called on a Saturday and Jordan came out a couple hours later (after finishing his other calls) and helped us out over the dinner hour! He was so kind and thorough and even followed up with us to ensure that the situation was sufficiently resolved. I cannot recommend this team enough! We will definitely be switching our prior quarterly service from Terminix to Issaquah Pest Control! Thanks again!!

My husband was attacked by a swarm of hornets this weekend. He was stung multiple times all over his body. Im highly allergic - so thankfully I didn't decide to mow the lawn that day. I made an appointment with Issaquah Pest Control and Todd came out. He was really knowledgeable helpful and made a terrible situation more comfortable and easy. He fully inspected the area and treated it accordingly. Turns out they had a nest in the roots of the tree!!! He also walked around my home to make sure there was nothing else to be concerned about. It made me feel comfortable to enjoy my home and my favorite season of the year - summer. From the wonderful woman who answered the phone and worked hard to squeeze me in to make sure I got an appointment the same day knowing about my allergy to my experience with Todd the company is a delight to work with. I'm so happy and definitely feel lucky to have found a company I can trust to take care of any needs in the future. I highly recommend Issaquah Pest Control!! Keep up the good work and customer service guys!'

We had wasps building nest in the vent going to our crawl space. We requested a quote and they responded really quickly. After exchanging a few texts they were able to come out the next day! Todd came and take care of the issued area and we didnt even need to be home! They sent a detail texts about what was done and a link to make payment. Very convenient!'

I called Issaquah Pest Control to help solve a problem weve had with mice and wasps. I talked to Jennifer on the phone and she listened to my concerns explained treatment options and got me booked right away. We went with a quarterly treatment starting with an initial consultation given that our problem was not severe. The very next day we had Jordan show up to inspect around the house in the crawl space and any other places where we had concerns. Jordan did his thing and sprayed wherever he needed to spray baited the traps around the house and removed a dead mouse. He was clearly knowledgeable about pest control and very professional. I also like that they seem fairly tech-savvy in that they use a system to send text message notifications about upcoming appointments arrival times and they also do online billing. Their email summary of the appointment details all the work they did in a clear manner and includes suggestions on tasks that the home-owner should do to keep pests away.'
