He explained the possibilities and educated me and made himself fully available until the situation was resolved. Hes communicative and responsive. Todd was extremely helpful when we came home to 40 yellow jackets that had chewed through our bathroom wall and were flying around. He answered on the first call (at 10:00pm) got us information quickly and arrived 30 minutes after the call (were in Snoqualmie). He educated us in knowing what happened why it happened and how to prevent it from occurring again.
The best part was he was super nice and not awkward (sometimes people that come into your home to do services can make you uncomfortable)- he's someone we would hang out with (feel free to text us Todd :)).
He made the process very simple easy and cured all our problems and communicated paperless which made it easy to manage and pay.'

Todd showed up as scheduled took care of the offending wasps and was gone within a few minutes. Very friendly answered a couple of non-related pest issues and made sure to let us know that if the wasps returned they would respray at no additional cost. I would definitely use them again.

I used Issaquah Pest Control for a residential apartment building I manage as well as my own personal residence. In both cases Jason and Todd were exceptionally communicative helpful and punctual. Oftentimes having professionals over to your place can be obtrusive but these two were incredibly easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for pest control services in the Eastside area.

I had after hours emergency multiple times with stink bugs coming into the house through skylight. I called multiple places and no one was picking up on Friday evening. Todd was the only one who responded and came promptly to take down the pests. He responded two more times for emergency situations for the same issue. He sprayed outside the house as well and gave a great maintenance plan!. Stop bugging me pest control said they wont even treat for stink bugs because those pests fly. If it was not for Todd I would have had a very bad situation. I highly recommend Issaquah pest control to everyone.'

Todd the owner of Issaquah Pest Control responded quickly upon our recent call. He came on a Saturday morning and set up couple mouse traps. He patiently answered our questions and thoroughly inspected our house inside and outside and pointed out potential places where mouse can get in and give us info of how to fix. The mouse traps worked almost within couple hours and three house mouse were captured. I called again on Saturday evening and again Todd responded positively and came our home again on Sunday morning and helped clean the mouse bodies. He also helped us removed some wasp nests. He is very helpful on dealing our mouse issues as we are freaked out. Strongly recommend his service!

Todd was very responsive came in the same day at a very short notice in their off day to help look at a rodent issue. He took his time looking at things going over all the avenues multiple times until he found the possible cause. Hes going to come again tomorrow to set traps and included one extra follow up at no extra cost.
Very satisfied at this point and will update once the rest of the visits are done with.'

Todd is amazing! I had messaged them after hours and he got back to me first thing in the morning answering my questions. He didnt go straight to giving me a quote and trying to come out here he first gave me solutions that I could try myself which just shows that he cares about what he does and wants to help not just get paid for the service. I am currently about to have a baby and just needed help with our ant infestation and the home remedies we had already tried ourselves had not worked so we really needed the service and he actually came out THE SAME DAY and sprayed and laid bait. He was so informative professional and helpful. He told us what to do and what to expect after the treatment and that he would follow up in a few weeks.
