This is all about opening your mind to something new. I listened to all the advice & coaching, read all the materials and my wife and I did what we needed to do.
We did not expect to lose like we were told we should. Wow! First week, down! 2,3,4 weeks in and down every week. Love it and telling all my coworkers about it.
I was skeptical about a weight lose program but could I lose. Medicare was paying for it. I could only lose weight. Right? Well my A1C was high and so was my glucose and bad cholesterol. I am starting week 4, feel great and have lost 12 pounds. I am rarely hungry and haven't had those terrible cravings for junk food or alcohol. Give it a try. What do you have to lose? Simple, easy to follow protocol. My coach was friendly and not judgemental. I'm down 15 pounds and now know how to continue on. Clothes are loose. Skin has cleared up. I'm sleeping much better. My aches and pains have gone away too. My dentist even said my gums are healthier. New way of life - a betr life!
