I’ve lost 16 pounds in a month! I no longer crave sweets and fried foods. Instead, when I go to restaurants now, I’m looking for the heartiest meals with the most Whole Foods which I know will give natural good flavor that won’t affect my health or weight! This changed my mindset even more than my body. Everyone compliments me and now all my friends want to do the program! I love my body and still want to lose more, but it’s not my focus. I’m focused on gaining more recipes with Whole Foods for the rest of my life!

Betr Health is an excellent program... not only for those who want to loose weight, but also to make sure you stay healthy and fit overall. I just finished my first 3 weeks (Level 1) of the program and I'm super happy with the my results. I'm eating very healthy (veggies and proteins)... like never before, and feeling very good about it. I lost more than 10 lbs. in about 20 days. Even though I was never an overweight person, I was getting close to the border. Another reason that I wanted to be part of this program was because my glucose was getting a little above the limits. When I learned that lowering these levels where part of the program. I didn't think twice. In addition, it's a very innovative program using a great App that synchronizes with my Fitbit and my weight scale (that I got for free thru Solera and my health insurance - Blue Cross & Blue Shield). I also like that the program offers a coach that helps you every step of the way, besides conference calls with Dr. Ferro and a great community support.

I have been on every diet under the sun, and lost weight but always put it back on in lightening speed plus a little more. I was tired of diets and was attracted to BETr health for a few reasons. One is the health focus, gut health. Two, no counting calories or points. Three, it is a sustainable lifestyle and it just makes good sense. The first month was tough, limiting foods and changing my style of eating. But, not eating fiberless carbohydrates is the first time I understood why it made sense. Eliminating preservatives and unnecessary chemicals from my diet also makes perfect sense, taking care of me. Since February I have lost 35 pounds and am still losing while living my life. My husband lost 50 pounds as my sidekick. Even though I have more weight to lose, my body composition is different. I am leaner than what the scale currently records. This just works and Dr. Ferro stands behind it. By the way my blood pressure has dropped out of the prehypertension range and I am convinced it is as simple as switching from regular salt to pink Himalyan salt and removing all the processed foods from my diet. Who knew? I guess Dr. Ferro knew. Thank you BETr health!
