I had a great success with the Level 1 program. Easy to follow guidelines and lost > 6 lbs in the first week. I do drink water, juices and teas so it's not water loss (msg for doubters :-))

This plan is exactly what I needed. I'm down 16 lbs in just over a week. My knee pain is reduced and my energy increased. I work a very physical job, so my quality of life is much better. There are some really good recipes and my coach has been awesome!!

I love that Betr's focus is on improving health vs losing weight...Although, I'm more than happy to let the weight go! I have been pleasantly surprised how much I've enjoyed the food, and not counting calories has helped me not get bogged down by the details. I don't feel like I'm on a "diet," but like I'm just taking good care of myself. In addition to losing weight, my blood sugar has improved, and I have less joint pain. I'm so thankful for Betr!
