The meal plan is very reasonable to follow. I lost 5 lbs in 1 week. Great recipe options so you wont get bored of eating the same foods.

I’ve been following the program for the past 5 weeks and I’m very pleased with the results. I lost 8 of the 15 pounds I need to loose to improve my health. I appreciate the philosophy of food as medicine and feel like I have to tools to continue my journey to better health.

This has been such a great program. I found it via my insurance and they cover the whole program. My coach is responsive and I am always feeling good. I was able to drop 10 lbs in my first week. This is not a diet, it’s teaching you how to eat nutritious meals that your body can break down and use.
