Brought my 2015 MBP for inspection and was attended to by Dion. Very professional service and ended up being recommended to replace the battery only. Replacement was done in a day and on collection, i was given some good advice on battery care and other related tips. Aside from parking challenges, I would really recommend them!

Normally tech repairs would be something stressful, but Second Life Asia takes away some of the frustration with their professional and quick service. Both my battery and phone was repaired on the same day on two separate occasions. Highly recommended!

My Apple watch was fixed within 2 days! Faster than Apple Authorised Centre (they took about 2 weeks and very expensive)
Anyway, I highly recommend Second Life Asia for their amazing work, kept the updated all the way, transparent with the pricing, and very reasonable prices too!
The only downside was the parking as it is located in busy area.

When I was googling for places to fix my phone, I came upon Secondlife Asia and they recommended me to only fix what was needed. They also lended me a phone to use while waiting for my repairs. Was reading some recommendations on the reviews bout this service centre. Heck! why not give a try? Since my iPhone 8 phone battery showing some sign. Kim is the one that attended my phone condition and price and fixing time 1.5-2hour was told upfront before any services start. And to my surprise the replacement phone battery was done in less than an hour! And my other phone apps and other module was back to norm! Haha! Thank you,Kim! She gave some good advises on maintaining phone battery life. And most importantly update the latest iOS version.

I sent my iPhone 11 to replace the battery as it was already deteriorating quite badly. The service staff Ms Kim was super helpful and insightful in replacing my phone's battery. Very professional and amazing service. The service was done within an hour as well when it was promised 2 hours. I highly recommend!

This is the place to go to for fixes for any Apple devices! Price is reasonable, the staff (Dion Loo) makes the effort to explain the diagnosis and the process involved in fixing the problem including the price so no surprises there. This kind of warm and caring service can only be found in Second Life Asia. I'll never look elsewhere for any of my Apple fixes from now on :o)

Sent my iPhones here for battery replacement, which was done very professionally. The whole replacement was completed within 1 hour for 2 iPhones, and was done using genuine iPhone batteries. Highly recommended :)
