Easy to make an appointment. Response time is reasonable. Good service with explanation. After service, the service will show you how they validated the device on the functionalities to ensure all the usual functions are working after part replacement, in this case the battery. Very good service and work rendered.

Extremely professional service provided. After my iPhone X was restored, Dion went on the extra mile to ensure that my apple ID account (deactivated due to long inactivity)was unlocked. On the honesty front, i requested for a battery change but was told battery still in good condition therefore a change was not necessary. Dion also provided me with tips and tricks to prolong the battery life of the phones which he was not obligated to do. 5 stars google review but 10/10 stars service.
