located in SS2 shoplot upstair, so you might find it hard to find it. Overall experience its great. Just that the whole progress a bit slow as in I need to wait for about 1 week plus to get my imac repaired. May be too many good review. but thanks ya. Problem with my imac is that no power when I on it. - Power supply problem.

I had an issue on my Iphone 7 plus it stuck on apple logo and cannot swich on at all. My son help me to look for the best Apple sevice centre and he found Secondlife Asia. I called them personally and to my surprised they are very responsive, professional and very friendly and straight away I make an appointment. Two(2) days latet 1 of the staff called me and explain in professional way and I am so impressed the way he advice me. 3 days later my son told me that my phone can on and my data still in tact. I am sooo happy till I jump of joy. A million thanks to all the staff who really soooo good You all are the BEST SECONDLIFE ASIA is Highly recommended . Faster and reliable to solve your phone problem. Best of the BEST

Dion is very patient and help me to troubleshoot my MacBook Air charging port issue. He didn't charge me anything the first time and told me to bring back my MBA when its convenaint after backing up because it requires 5 days to get it fixed. Excellent customer service.

One single key of my 2020 MacBook 16” wasn’t functioning well. Apple told me it’d cost RM3,300 for a replacement keyboard and it’d take 2-3 weeks. They didn’t even try to repair the key by removing it to see what the problem was. All they did was press it a few times and agreed it’s not working! They call it a diagnostic test! I went into Secondlife without an appointment after a recommendation from a friend, they tried to repair it on the spot by removing the key and seeing what the issue was. They could not repair it, and so RM1k and a day later they replaced it with a genuine Apple keyboard. RM3.3k and 2-3 weeks at Apple vs RM1k and 1 day here. My only complaint is that Secondlife said it’d be ready the following morning but it wasn’t and they didn’t communicate this delay to me. But overall I am VERY happy and will use Secondlife in future for all my Apple repairs and battery replacements.

I sent multiple Apple devices into Second Life Asia for repair works.The repairs were done in a prompt manner, and Mr Dion assisted me in a professional manner. I would not hesitate to recommend SLA for those whom required services on their Apple products. Oranges not included.

Those of you who wish to send their Apple products to official Apple store for repair and other troubleshooting, not only need to book and wait for appointment, but also give wrong advice sometimes. I rather send my phone go SecondLife Asia way much faster and reliable to solve your phone problem. Overall, I'm pleased with the technician who is friendly and helpful in attending to me.
