I drive 2 1/2 hours to Menlo Park due to Dr. Inserra's, ENT, knowledge and detailed unhurried exams. I have eczema in both ear canals, which she has been successfully treating for the first time. She delicately removes wax and dead skin tissue at my quarterly exams, using state of the art technology, so that I can watch all treatments on large screens. I can easily schedule an exam when I need to address issues with hearing aids, replacing equipment to ensure best hearing results. At each at Earless visit, I also have a thorough exam with an audiologist, updating my specific program, based on testing and my current feedback regarding adjustments to enhance my hearing in differing environments.

My mom has had her Earlens for several years. She gets a clearer full spectrum sound and can even use the Bluetooth settings on the ipad to connect into her audiobooks. The service, the audiologists, the engineers, and doctors here are top-notch. The folks are nearly family. We thank our friends who introduced us to them. Thanks to Earlens for making a difference in our lives.

Earlens doctor and audiologists are very helpful and attentive. Any issues they accommodate my schedule to resolve any issue and to tweak settings to provide optimal hearing. No other hearing aid company offers what they do interns of product and suppport. I have tried lots of hearing aid and these add by far the best for my hearing.

I am so happy I went with EarLens. I was so surprised when they first put these hearing aids on that I could hear people behind me talking to me. Just to be in a general conversation around a table I have no trouble at all. I live in a residential facility with a large gym and a large dining room. I can’t hear everything said in the gym but I can hear everything the instructor says. The dining room can be more of a challenge when there is a big party but when normal speaking levels occur I can hear my table mates. It is such a pleasure to hear outside noises, know there are people behind me, and to be able to fully follow normal conversations. All the people at EarLens are so knowledgeable, so kind and patient. I feel as if I am their only client. EarLens has made my life so much more enjoyable.

I appreciate Earlen's services and expertise. The staff, the doctors are attentive, supportive and do what needs to be done every time I need a checkup or an issue that needs to be resolved. I am very satisfied with the center and wearing Earlen's, the best hearing aids I've had. I trust the center staff and doctors to take diligent care of my ears, ear lenses, and my comfort while there. The office space is great--- always clean and neat, plus I enjoy watching the fish or whatever is on the screen as it creates calming and pleasant conditions, so I'm relaxed and ready to see the doctor or audiologist,

I have been with Earlens for about 10 months now. Lately I was having a couple of problems with my hearing aids. My right ear was hearing a muffled sound with a drop in loudness (or gain for those of us who are musicians). I worked with both Joyce Crawford and Dr. Inserra. They tried adjusting my lens, cleaning my microphone and adjusting various frequencies by doing multiple hearing tests and adjustments. It improved a little with all this but the sound coming from my left hearing aid was still much louder than the sound from my right hearing aid. Then Joyce decided to try a new hearing device and once it was adjusted, my hearing level from both hearing aids was now equal again. I was in the office for almost 3 hours and both Joyce and Dr. Inserra worked very hard to help correct this problem for me. I can say without holdback that this was the best service I have ever received from any audiologist or doctor. I came away both happy and impressed. I will also add that the Earlens solution has been a great help to me. When I'm playing music, I feel like I can now hear all the music clearly. I am also experiencing a dramatic improvement in situations like hearing in noisy environments (ie. restaurants) and watching TV without having to rely so much on subtitles. A big thanks to Joyce Crawford, Dr. Inserra and the entire Earlens team (including the concierge service). You have all changed my life and improved my world. Mike

I have a degree in electrical engineering and have been a patent lawyer for my entire career. I have worn hearing aids for 18 years from numerous manufacturers, including Oticon, Starkey and Phonak. I started wearing Earlens aids in April 2023, my 7th pair. I have learned from my experiences that hearing aids are hardware and software medical devices, which require multiple visits to obtain optimal performance for the user. It is important to treat hearing loss at its earliest stages. Recent scientific studies have shown that untreated hearing loss can contribute significantly to cognitive decline, including dementia and Alzheimer's! I have received wonderful technical help in all my appointments, since I first started learning about Earlens hearing aids. The service and help I received from Dr. Michelle Inserra, an Otologist and Medical Director, and Audiologist Joyce Crawford has been amazing. They are both very focused on the details of my settings and features of Earlens aids and the quality of my hearing capabilities. They go beyond just "OK" and look for every way possible to continually optimize my hearing capabilities. They have adjusted numerous aspects of the aids, including having components remade for a better fit or improving the quality and clarity of speech, all of which have contributed to the improving quality of my hearing. I greatly appreciate the enthusiasm they have in getting me the best performance possible. Everyone I have met and spoken at length with at the company, including, the Chief Operating Officer, Connon Samuel, and the Chief Technology Officer, Drew Dundas, all have that same level of commitment. They both have required hearing aids for several years and rave about the quality of speech and music they enjoy with their Earlens aids, which they found in no other hearing aids. Many users think that on first wearing the aids, that is the best hearing the aids are going to provide. That is totally not true. Obtaining optimal results from any hearing aid generally occurs over time, with small tweaks to the software and hardware that can be made. I am always looking for the best hearing aids on the market and none come close to my Earlens aids in speech, music, and noise reduction quality in many different indoor and outdoor settings. Because of the patented vibration technology used by Earlens, (not available in any other aids, all of which use acoustics), my hearing frequency range has improved significantly. I am now able to distinguish similar sounding consonants, which with other aids was not possible. The simple non-surgical placement of a tiny lens on each eardrum and sending the vibrations in human speech and music to each eardrum from a behind-the-ear device that looks like all other hearing aids, the wearer is able to enjoy an enhanced hearing experience, not available in any other aids on the market. I highly recommend Earlens hearing aids to anyone seeking the highest quality hearing aids and services on the market today!
