Who said amazing customer service was dead? I don't usually go out of my way to leave a review after a purchase or visiting a restaurant/cafe. But after my experience at Trek Coburg, I felt compelled to leave a review. When you first walk into the store, you'll be impressed by the sheer size of the store, bright lighting, as well as the massive selection of bikes they have on offer. They have all different styles of bikes, colour choices and sizes. I had the pleasure of dealing with Christian and Kon. They both helped guide me through all my options on what type of bike would suit me best and all the specs that came along with each choice. They both had great knowledge on the products/bikes, as well as the best bike size that would suit my body type and dimensions. Nothing was too much of a hassle for the team at Trek Coburg and they encouraged me to test ride numerous bikes and sizes. I felt like I was being an inconvenience with the amount of test rides I went on, but they insisted it was fine and they wanted me to buy the bike that fits and suits me best. Which I really appreciated. Not only was I able to purchase a bike that fits me perfectly and ticked every box I was after. I was also able to purchase all the accessories and riding gear I needed E.g. lights, pedals, carry bag, tube, bottle cages, water bottles, Co2 pump, mounts for my Wahoo, bib shorts and jersey.
