Christian, Aiden and the rest of the workers at Trek Coburg are terrific! With the service and friendly attitude my partner and I thought that they must be a local only store, but when I asked they told me it is international. This means that Christian, as manager, is doing an outstanding job in creating a Coburg specific bike shop, with people (like Aiden) who love bikes. We're customers for life now!

Phoned up on NYE to see if the store was open, as my son just got a new bike and the derailer wasn’t working properly. I spoke to Christian, who was only around for a short while but the store was actually closed for the day.
Without hesitation, Christian walked me through a few things on the bike over the phone and we not only found the problem but fixed it!

Amazing customer service! My mate came in to see about getting his new wheelset built, where they gave a great quote and at the end, Christian the managerchelped us setup our bike suspension and fixed our derailers for free which was an amazing help and huge money saver. Thanks again!

Visited Trek Bicycle Coburg with a problem on my bike. Despite being busy, the team checked my bike immediately. Turned out, the issue was just low tire pressure, which they fixed quickly and at no charge. Impressed by their honesty and efficiency. Highly recommend for any bike issues – great service!
