About five month ago I went to Precision Physiotherapy seeking help with debilitating pain from a lumbar spinal stenosis. I was unable to tolerate walking for more than 5 minutes. Ash devised a treatment plan for me and with his support and hard work at home with exercises, I have made substantial progress. The pain is manageable and I have been able to walk for almost an hour. I am continuing with my exercises and hoping for further improvement. Thanks Ash!

After 12 sessions with an ongoing knee issue that left me in discomfort and pain, often resulting in an inability to walk properly, I am happy to say there is now a significant improvement. Great experience here! Highly recommended. I had a constant nagging pain in my shoulder that was distracting throughout my daily living activities and it became a barrier to falling asleep at night. I've had mutliple treatment sessions at Precision Physiotherapy for my Planter Fasciitis. Dr. Avinash Singh is great, very professional and has a very caring and patient personality. He listened patiently to my concerning pains and helped explain the condition while articulating the reason for its frequent occurrence.
You guys have enabled me to complete exercises and movement I did not feel I would have been able to achieve this soon. I have incorporated these into exercises in my daily life. It has been an enlightening experience to learn just what good physiotherapy can help achieve. Again my thanks to you and everyone at the clinic for your encouragement and skills... I came to them when I had such awful TMJ problems I couldn't open my mouth and was in so much pain. They booked me in that day and as soon as I was done with Ash, I already had more mobility than when I came in. They're super communicative and transparent, and always so so sweet when you get there for your appointment. Plus, covid protocols are on point.

The proof is dramatic results, and in my case in only 5 weeks of treatments and stretching for a severe case of Planter Fasciitis. Had MVA and my insurance company recommended another therapy place only because they work with that one and l assume paper work and billing was already set up.
Their office was closed in Dundas so l called Percision after looking at the website.
So glad l did. l was welcomed with such friendly staff and Ron has been more than helpful in explaining and looking after the dreaded paperwork.
Feeling so much better with the program Avinash has given me.

I was a little hesitant with starting physio but right away Precision Physiotherapy made me feel like family. The staff are sooo friendly and they explain everything so that you’re kept in the loop. From barely being able to put weight on my unstable knee, in only a month, Ash was able to help me get mobility and stability back. 11/10 experience and if I ever hurt myself again (knock on wood I don’t lol) I’d definitely go back!

After a pretty serious ankle fracture and subsequent surgical repair I was in need of physio. I had no mobility and was getting around with a walker. Ash is great. He gave me a through consultation and then we began the slow and steady process of literally getting me back on my feet.
Ash and Gabriella worked with me three times a week and I am finally at about 70% strength again. It has been a long haul and they have made it as fun as could be.
Ron at the front desk is always friendly and accommodating. My injury was on the job and involves many WSIB forms. If anyone has dealt with WSIB you’ll know how frustrating and time consuming dealing with them is and the staff here have made the process much easier.
All in all I am glad I chose to get my physio here. It is still in progress but I am able to do things for myself again.
