Bought a car from here didn't drive it 5k miles yet, only been 9 months after purchas and it can't pass emissions test. After telling the service center the issue it would have been 170.00 to just look at it not even fix the problem. Would never recommend this dealer ship to anyone.

If you enjoy being lied to and treated like trash then this is the place to be! We took our Kia Soul here last summer to get our catalytic converter and oil pan replaced since the original had failed. After spending almost $3,000 and waiting over a month we received the vehicle back and Shane the service tech told us all work had been completed. A few weeks later after losing high amounts of oil we took it to Big O Tires to get an oil change and they told us the oil pan had not been replaced. When we called Shane he told us the new oil pan had just come in even though he told us all work had been completed nearly a month ago. This is also after he told my wife it’s normal for cars to go through 4 quarts of oil a week! Nearly a year later the new replaced converter started failing again so after taking it to Foundation Kia in Wheat Ridge and waiting a week they sent the car back to Grand Kia only for Jim the service manager and his techs to tell us that we were basically out $3,000 because we had gone over the 12,000 mile warranty so we would need to buy a whole new catalytic converter and get a new engine as well since it was what probably caused the failure! From the start of every conversation the tone of each employee was condescending and aggressive. When I asked the service tech Randy for the service manager after he carelessly told me that I was screwed and that Foundation Kia was too scared to tell me, he reluctantly put me through to Jim who also could have cared less about my concerns and frustrations and said my only recourse would be to complain to Kia Customer Affairs. I know they will hide behind their depressing corporate warranties as their excuse but honestly my frustration came from how disrespectful and callous they were to me and my family who were just asking for help and guidance….

Prices online are not even remotely correct. The man who I talked to was immediately misogynistic and the whole thing seems slimey and sleezy. Don’t get excited about what they have online or don’t even waste your time looking

Wow, Grant in Service low quality of service is matched only by his poor disposition. 0/10 would not recommend this dealership for repairs Its worth the money to tow your Kia across town than to deal with this guy.

This is a story of how Grand KIA sold my RSVP first edition ev6 car to someone else. I have the vin number but not the car. I wonder what I can do with the vin number, definitely cannot drive it to work. I started talking to Randy at Grand KIA about my RSVP on the first edition of the EV6. Randy basically has no knowledge about the first edition, so I have gone out of my way to give him whatever he needs. We were having a fine relationship. I mostly communicated through email and sometime phone. I prefer emails(because it keeps a record). Email communication was working fine for both of us. I went on a long vacation after 3 years of covid. I told Randy about this and instructed that we keep communication through emails. On July 8th, without ANY prior emails from Randy or Grand KIA, Randy email me and told me that they sold my car to someone else. In the email, Randy specifically told me that he tried to communicate with me through phone, text and EMAIL. Though they did attempt to contact me through phone, I have never received an email until after they sold the RSVP car. I was not in the US. There is no way to receive phone call and I did inform Randy about my vacation. Nowadays, all emails are linked directly to phone so there is no way I would miss such an email. Still with benefit of the doubt, I went back and check all my emails communication in that time span and ascertained that I did not miss any. I immediately sent a reply to Randy. Well, funny enough, Randy is super active with his email reply and continuing telling me that I have missed all communication and asked me to contact the sale manager, Andy. I gave Andy a call and ask what the case is. He said the exact same thing with Randy. I asked them to provide proof that I miss emails. Andy said that I should have proof already. Of course, I have it. That is why I gave Grand KIA a chance to prove that I am wrong since I might accidentally delete the email, but Grand KIA seems to take it in a completely different direction. Or might be they just don't care. Supply constraints they can do whatever they want. I am leaving it open here and willing to change all of this IF Grand KIA can provide proof that I have missed the emails that were meant to inform me about the sale of the RSVP car PRIOR to selling the car. Well, there you go guys, this is my side of the story. I will let you be the judge of it. What's next: Andy claims to help me getting another EV6 soon. I asked if I can get a discount since they sold the RSVP car, he told me other places are selling 10k above asking price (playing the supply constraints power). As a matter of fact, I talked to 2 other dealership and they are promising to sell at MSRP. Peak KIA is one of them. I communicated that information to Andy and his final reply was: "Do you want to place this order or not?". Lol. What a power question! P/s: On my end, I can provide screenshot of how emails are communicated between me and Randy. You know, all emails are stored.

Walked in with my whole family hoping to look for a car. Poorly service a guy gave us. Preferred to just point to SUV and just pointed out to them.

Hidden fees. My daughter went to their website looking for a vehicle and found one she was interested in, that they had in stock, on the lot. She called them, asking them about the total cost, and drove to the dealership to test drive the vehicle. When she was given the final price on paper, it was almost $3500 above the price on their website and what she was originally told. She was told it was an "Express Delivery" or a "Convenience Fee", even though it was for a vehicle they had on their lot. Not a destination fee, or a conveyance fee, but basically a fee because it was the only model they had. So, she went across the state border to another dealership and got the same model from another dealership that had one on the lot, and in stock. Guess what? No "Express Delivery" or "Convenience Fee" at that dealership. And yes, she drove off that lot with her new vehicle.

I took my 2014 Kia in for a recall order. I got my car back in less than an hour. I was told I may get a flashing check engine light or solid check engine light due to the software update. If this happens to call immediately. I drove the car home...no issues. The next day...check engine light is on. I call, I explained the situation...less than 24 hours from them working on my car I have a solid non flashing check engine light on. Here is where my real anger starts. They said I can bring the car in and for $170 they will diagnose the situation. Excuse me, the check engine light is on AFTER you have worked on it. It seems to me the LEAST you can do is have me come back for a free diagnostic. But they are firm about their $170 fee. I am livid and now I think they are running some scam. I understand this can all be coincidental, but they are firm about their fee and firm about telling me they did nothing wrong. I feel like I am being scammed and taken advantage of. There are a lot of people who dread taking their cars in to get fixed because of issues just like this. We hope we find helpful people who have the customers best interest as a priority. Actions are ALWAYS are more truthful than words. Grand Kia on 104th ave. in Denver should be avoided in my opinion. Service for me is turning into a huge financial issue that they could care less about. I am not one to make statements without facts but I am beginning to feel scammed and at the very least, given terrible customer service when questioning the work they did on my car.

Salesman didn't know anything about the EV6. He needed to talk to multiple people for basic answers and I had to help him research features about the car. It may sound like I'm exaggerating, but I actually needed to point out to him where the sunroof was. As the customer, I shouldn't have to teach the salesman about a vehicle. I would recommend going to a different Kia dealership. He also said it would take "8-10, but maybe up to 11 weeks" for the car to be delivered. That was one of the main selling points for me. I talked to other dealerships and they are saying 12-18 weeks. Even other people at his same dealership said they never estimate times less than 12 weeks. I feel lied to in order to get the sale. Not knowledgeable and lying to get the sale? I shouldn't be surprised and the fault ultimately falls on me for trusting them. I'm sure there are more knowledgeable people there. But it speaks volumes about the dealership as a whole that they'd keep someone like this on payroll.

I just went to this place and no one attended me. An employee looked us up and down and just ignored us. I was interesting in a EV6. Very bad costumer services.

Took my car after it was stolen to have it fixed paid almost $ 1,000 when my deductible was only $750 and didn’t even receive the correct repairs. They charged me for a complete kit to repair my stuff but didn’t change all the locks. They lost pieces to my car and expect another place to fix them. I called Jim the service manager and he sounded offended that I expected my car to be fixed correctly. Just feel like i I got ripped off even more. Very untrustworthy. 12/09/2021 very disappointed and dissatisfied

Recently I came for a service to my kia. I had check engine light on and a A/C doesn't cooled the air. They check my engine and said that I need to replace the catalytic converter, replace the AC hose and refill the gas. For total amount of almost 3$k. I had no signs at all of faulty catalytic converter, and passed the emission test a weak before. I took my car and paid only for the check services, they didn't give any paperwork of the things that they checked. Told that they computers don't work. Never get the papers on the mail. Came the another honest garage, that told me that I don't need to replace the catalytic converter. Looks like they tried to scam me, so disappointed.. Stay away from them.

The sales person was demeaning to my wife, and felt increasing uneasy that they may not be trust worthy. I am appalled how the sales person talked down about teaching as a profession. Did not end up buying a car there but sat down intending too.

Would not recommend Grand Kia, I bought my car at the end of February and almost 7 months later, we are still trying to get things sorted out because they like to drag their feet and we had issue after issue. We bought my fiancée's kia from Medved back in May and had no issues what so ever. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealer like Medved. I am now doing my services/maintenance through Medved and they are great, I wish I bought my car through Medved in the first place.

I drove an hour to test drive a used Cadillac on their lot. Nicole Bender was my contact. Upon arrival I was given no additional info on the car or communication except the navigation system is cool and she just put gas in it. My test drive was ruined because the check engine light came on which we found out later was because she didn't close the gas cap properly. I was willing to overlook this everyone makes mistakes. I still really liked the car and probably would have bought it if I wasn't given a crazy quote on payments. On the website the estimated payment was $114 and she was trying to quote me $280 per month. With my accounting background I ran the numbers and they didn't add up. When confronted she would dodge or ignore direct questions. I thought I was done with her when I wouldn't accept the quote then I received an e mail from her stating they were having an inventory reduction sale. So I logically asked what additional discounted they would offer on the Cadillac, by this time the car has been on the lot over a month. She then told me there was no additional discount. Then why contact me yet another attempt to scam me. Then I started discussing her previous quote which was quickly met with the car sold. No attempt to offer another vehicle or any help at all. I called the sales manager who never responded. I was about to drive a car off the lot now I will never go back. Don't let them scam you.
