Horrible SERVICE experience! Very Rude and sorta slimy! Called 2 weeks ago. Advised of secondary repair coverage..the gentleman says not a problem, will just be an additional $100 deductible to be seen by dealership...I said no problem...well worth it to have certified Kia mechanic to look at. I get there today..2 weeks later..and I'm told they will HOLD the vehicle and not release until paid in full by myself, because they dont want to have to wait for payment from secondary, also tells me they cant charge as much through the secondary..that they only authorize set amounts on repairs. I told the gentleman that's not what I was told when making appt..and he says hes not the one who talked with me. Asked to speak to manager...he refused and threatened police if I didnt leave..What a joke...seems like a training issue needed

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO GET IT REPAIRED AT GRAND KIA!!!! Regret it, big mistake. We took our van in for a locking problem. When we went to pick it up it was a mess. Grease EVERYWHERE!! Greasy hand prints, footprints, grease on the driver seat, back passenger seat, on the carpeting in several places and on the door handles. We told them about it they took it back and wiped off the drivers seat and a couple of spots and brought it back to us with a free oil change card. I had to come home and wipe off all the hand prints, the upholstery, clean the carpets and the floor mats. Should you have to clean your car after you take it to what you thought was a reputable dealer?? I DON'T THINK SO! Don't they have covers to cover the inside with? Very frustrated, definitely disappointed and not recommending Grand KIA to anyone!! I wish I wouldn't have to even leave one star. At this point we don't even think they fixed all the problems we took it in for.

I dont like being mean but I called and asked a question about just getting a key made sorry wrong department but don't need to be hang up just because you don't like talking on the phone. Don't need to be a service writer if you can't give customer satisfaction.

TERRIBLE!! My boyfriend and I currently lease a vehicle and our lease is up in 2 months, we have been looking at a Telluride for our next vehicle, my boyfriend went to the dealership and the first thing they told him was "we are strict on miles so if you even think about test driving it we are going to have to talk number or you have to put a deposit", how are you going to talk about numbers about something you know nothing about? Or even if you like how it drives? Rude and unprofessional!! Walked right out.

I have taken my car to the service department on a couple of different occasions. My car seemed to be burning a little excessive oil being a mechanic myself, I thought I should get it checked. My car has no leaks or does not smoke so when I contacted the service department, they were quite rude with me treated me like I did not know what I was talking about this individual was Grant. I asked for a manager which was Jim Kern and he had me take the car in to be looked at. after reviewing the car he said we did a free Oil change for you, and would like to keep an eye on it can you bring it back after 1000 miles, after the 1000 I returned and he said to come back after another 1000 miles. another 1000 miles go by but now my dash lights are on ABS, low tire warning, electronic Stability control indicator light, all-wheel drive warning light, I return at the 1000 mile checkup ask if they can look in to the other problems it was showing, they said they would look at it, I received a call saying that some wires at been chewed up by a rodent and that would be the issue. I asked where the wires were eaten up at, he stated on the front driver side. I picked up my car and brought it home, Like I stated I’m also a Mechanic I have over 30 years of experience of working on cars though this is not a full-time profession for me. I looked on the front driver side where he stated the damage was I removed the driver side tire and followed the wiring from the caliper in to the engine compartment in which I only found one small areas next to the front inside of the driver side fender going to a data port they had some of the wire plastic chewed away but not chewed threw to break the contact he was stating. so I called back to the service department asking if they could tell me where this damage was, I would like to see it before I have a repair done on it, at this point Grant was very rude to me about it and said I’m not going to tell you where it is so you can fix it and my mechanics are busying making money. At this point I asked for a manager in which Jim Kern got on the phone and stated the damage is in the wiring harness if you know where that is we taped it up this really got me mad talking down to me like I had no knowledge. I could not believe the manager would act in this manner I asked him where in the wiring harness, I followed it from the wheel caliper to the motor compartment I should see some new tape then correct? and he could not say where. I stated that he was not very personal and was quite rude. He said we have the best customer service around, so say what you want, at this point I end the call and said thank you have a good day. I would not go back there or purchase another car from them just because of their customer service and the way they act like no one is knowledgeable about cars but them.

I called and spoke with Shane in the service department regarding a possible recall on my Kia Sorento that I purchased there. He was very rude. So rude that I chose to take my vehicle to Medved Kia. The service that I got there vs. the service Shane gave was like night and day. Shane needs better customer service skills.

These people along with Arapahoe kia lie. I paid for oil changes but becuase I have different car they will not transfer my oil changes I paid for to the new car. it should not matter what car I have . I paid for them.

I called ahead and visited to check out a Kia Telluride. When I got there, the salesperson showed me the SUV then guaranteed me they would beat any other dealer's price. Once I showed them a cheaper offer, they told me "well we will only beat prices on any other vehicle". My recommendation is to use any of the other local dealers where you're likely to find a better price and more honesty.

Using their website I got the value of my car from KELLEY BLUE BOOK $4500..... I went in for a new car and their sales manager offered $1000 for my car no negotiations.... Was told they go according to "the book" they use but their website clearly states KELLEY BLUE BOOK and you are given a KBB trade in value directly from their website.... Don't waste your time....

Went in with my son with a significant down payment for a used truck. After negotiations we were told that since my son was a "first time buyer" that the bank wanted "more skin in the game" (more $) from him and the bank would be satisfied and approve the loan...my son agreed to put more cash down, the exact amount the finance manager mentioned then....no, no deal. We wasted several hours and they lied to us, I'm sure they thought my son wouldn't have more $ to give, but he did and then they couldn't hold up their end. Poor , poor, poor experience and deceitful tactics!

We came to get a new vehicle to replace my wifes sportage that was totalled in an accident. We waited 45 minutes without getting acknowledged whatsoever, including waiting in their lobby with sales people and managers walking past over and over not even looking at us, let alone saying anything. Guess this insurance check goes to another dealership today.....Nobody can beat a Dealing Doug deal? Yeah they can, someone will probably try to sell us a car....

Absolutely awful experience. Brought my car by for a new headlamp and oil change, and walked out with a $500 bill and no explanation of why. I called asking for clarification and never received a call back from anyone in the service department. After waiting over 48 hours, I get an automated survey call asking me to review and "reach out directly if I have any questions." Worst experience at a dealership ever. I will not be returning to this dealership nor will I be purchasing another Kia if this is the service I can expect. Edit for response: The only portion of that statement that is accurate is the free loaner car which was not requested, we merely requested help with the shuttle as offered on your online scheduling assistant. The discount was given because we brought in a mailer with a coupon. The only information given prior was a 30,000 mile tuneup and a headlamp with no explanation of what that entailed or the cost. I also called and left a message for the service rep THE DAY OF and was never "taken care of" until I posted a public review days later. We are now over a week after service. I look forward to the call because frankly I do not appreciate this attempt at redirection.

While the sales manager was looking at the trade in and pointing out damage, I told him that most of the damage he was pointing out was sold in that condition from their car lot. The manager then walked over to me, got in my face like he was going to hit or push me, raised his voice and said I called him crooked, when none of those words came out of my mouth. I felt threatened and attacked and told him to get his finger out of my face, because he was waiving his finger about an inch from my face and I feel like that manager probably takes advantage and probably bullies a lot of customers. I would avoid him and that dealership at all cost, the same car can be bought down the street at a better price In better condition.

They are fixing my kia after the tension pulley locked up and 2 belts need to be replaced and no one in colorado carry the part so i have to lose money that i could have earned driving for lyft because its going to take them 4 days to get the pulley tensioner assy.

My engine failed on me in the middle of an intersection from a total engine fail recall. Took the car to Kia in Northglenn Colorado to get it fixed. They estimated the repairs would Take around 8 months. I had a rental that I was paying taxes for the Kia had promised to take care of all costs to begin with. I hassled on my own time during work hours spoke to enterprise to stop charging me because I was getting late fees in my bank account. Finally after the run around Kia finally spoke to enterprise and settled the matter and I got my money back. I was trying to sell or trade my car in only to find out after being promised they would take care of financing I would have my dream car and drove it for 3 days only to find out I wasn’t approved for my loan so I had to bring the car back to get my old car that was fixed so I thought!!! When I got into my 2013 Kia Sorento the engine light was on for a 02 sensor repair and to top it off my car radio no longer works!!! My car was dirty they couldn’t even wash us as it had been with them for almost 4 months!! The radio was working fine before my car stalled and I told the Kia manager Tim that and he said he couldn’t do anything because for all he knows he couldn’t have been working!!! I will never purchase a Kia again and I will make sure I tell everyone I know not to purchase from Kia for having unreliable unsafe cars and horrible customer care service.

I have purchased 4 vehicles from this place and never had an issue with any of them until I bought my 2018 Optima and I took it in for a rattling noise coming from the dash and of course it has to be on a weekday and they do not provide a loaner vehicle of any type so I had to miss work in order to take it in and pick it up and come to find out nothing was done to it but it still makes the noise. what is the point of a warranty if you take it in for an issue and you pick it up with the same issue??? Very disappointed and will probably not purchase my next pickup there.
