On 6/24/2016 Steve and Kyle did a very good job cleaning my chimney. They were very professional.

Steve has been our 'chimney guy' for many years. Always a thorough job. He checks the fireplace, the chimney outside and inside from bottom to top.

Steve and Tom from Northeastern Chimney came to my rescue with a same day emergency call to remove a dead squirrel from the chimney. Their prompt response was much appreciated because the empty residence is for sale and potential buyers were complaining about a foul odor. They were pleasant, professional and thorough, laid down mats to protect the carpeting and provided advice about getting rid of any residual odors. I would highly recommend this company!

I am about to schedule the installation of a new stainless steel Chimney Chase Cover. Steve came out and provided a comprehensive job description and estimate. Pricing for the job was very competitive.

Northeastern Chimney was recommended to use by friends. We used them for our chimney cleaning. They called at least 15 minutes before their arrival time to let us know they would be arriving. Upon arrival, the representatives where very polite and professional. They provided us an estimate for work that needed to be done as part of the cleaning an inspection. We pushed the work off for a year. We called them to schedule the work and they came out to re-inspect to make sure that nothing had changed. Steve the rep called ahead of time, about 20 minutes to make sure that time was good for us. Upon arrival, he was polite and professional. He performed the inspection of the chimney and no new damage. He wrote up the new work order and was able to apply current discount offers which lowered the price. He went over the work order with me and explained what would be done. A very professional and polite business.

Steve was very professional and helpful, informing me of what he was doing and what he was finding during his inspection. Steve and Northeastern were able to accommodate my schedule and financing needs as unfortunately my chimney had been neglected for some time before I bought my home. They were on time to the appointment and provided fair pricing for the inspection. I am a little sticker-shocked by the cost to replace about 5 courses of brick on a 18" x 18" x 36" chimney and to install a new liner. Both jobs were completed in a matter of 3 hours by the crew that did the work, but it cost quite a bit. On the other hand, chimney and masonry work is often an area that is underestimated by the average consumer like myself. Nonetheless, the quality of Northeastern's work and customer service is excellent! If you are considering them for a new job, compare prices and come prepared to your estimating appointment. But be assured that their price comes with assurance that it will be done right the first time and that their crew is courteous, professional, and works safely.

For years I have used Northeastern Chimney and Nayaug and have always been pleased with their service. They just did my annual cleaning this week(4/25/16) and Steve and Kyle get an A from me. They were prompt- even early BUT called first which is great and were neat and efficient. I will continue to use Northeastern for chimney services.

It all started back in November 2015. I knew our 2 chimneys needed a thorough cleaning and probably a rebuild. Steve came out and provided the cleaning for our woodstove chimney and patiently explained my flue / liner problems. We went through the requirements of BOTH of my chimneys and set dates for December 2015 and April 2016. I was able to pull my own building permit to save some $. In December the cracked flue / liner for my smaller woodstove chimney was repaired. Northeastern was on time, quick and courteous with no mess! In April 2016 Gary, Phill, and Jason came out to perform the masonry job on my big chimney. The work took a few days and every night they cleaned up and covered their equipment and supplies. They completed the job yesterday and my husband and I are very pleased with the work. They also waterproofed BOTH chimneys upon completion of the big job. I would recommend Northeastern Chimney and intend to use them for regular cleanings in the future.

Northeastern Chimney's Steve and Kyle sealed my chimney yesterday as scheduled, on time with no mess left behind. They were helpful in explaining the process and respectful of my property/house/yard/gardens. I would highly recommend them should you ever need work done on your chimney.

Got a courteous call from Chimney tech Steve saying he'd be arriving in about 10 - 15 minutes. Steve arrived as he said. He was very courteous and help full with all my questions that I had. He provided some photos to explain things about my chimney. He cleaned my chimney and provided me with estimates for future work. I have used this company for many years because of their reputation and customer service. I would recommend them to everyone.

Won't let anyone else work on my house. They have done everything from rebuilding a chimney, putting in a liner, putting on a chimney cap, and doing 20 years of cleaning. You can't go wrong with this company. Professional, on time and thorough.

Very professional! On time and thorough job. Best part is they document their work (pictures of before and after) and that increases customer confidence.

We have multiple flues and wood stoves, Andy inspected all of them, and cleaned only the ones that needed it. He gave us tips on good burning and wood drying practices, pointed out potential problems, and offered recommendations for repairs in certain places. No scare tactics or overselling of services. We'll be using Northeastern again.

Andy and Luis came yesterday to clean boiler liner and visually inspect the chimney. They came right at the start of the 2 hour window and were clean and tidy.
