Chimney was cleared of a nest and cleaned. The job was done well and the house was clean. Andy was on time and prrofessional. Andy answered all my questions and was very courteous. Also, the office staff communicates well and returns your calls. I definitely recommend Northeastern Chimney.

We called Northeastern Chimney after a chimney fire. They promtly came to our home and evaluated our chimney. We needed a new liner and decided to have them do the job. We were very pleased with the work and the the professional fellows that did the job. They left our home neat and tiddy. And now we have a safe chimney again. Update: we just had Steve clean our chimney 1/19/2016. He is very helpful, full of knowledge and we hope that Steve comes back again. He did a great job and spent a lot of time with my husband sharing information to keeping our stove working well and safe. I am very happy we use Northeastern Chimney.

Andy came to inspect and clean my chimney/fireplace today after it had been neglected it for several years. He was efficient and knowledgeable and was able to show me where repairs needed to be made. Andy from Northeastern Chimney gave my chimney a thorough inspection in the fireplace, in my basement to check the furnace and on the roof to check the chimney's exterior. He was very honest and made me aware of the issues my chimney currently has. He also was able to arrive earlier than expected and called beforehand to check if that was okay. I was very happy with the service.

Needed someone to inspect my gas fired hot water heater since it wasn't venting properly. Northeastern chimney was the only company that would answer the phone during the busy season and were able to get me a quick appointment. Service tech (Andy K) was prompt and very professional. They were able to quickly get to my house and they sent a very knowledgeable tech down named Andy Karsen. He inspected my 2 wood stoves and chimney. He was able to answer all of my questions and help inform me of all the different options I have. We lost our old chimney guy and were forced to take a chance on a new service company. We badly needed a sweep after 3 years of heavy burning, but I was afraid of the "you need a new liner / cap / masonry work" etc. hard sell, so we had actually been punting on the bi-annual sweep until now. Andy and Luis arrived promptly. They were courteous clean and informative & didn't force any hard sells. They came up with a few suggestions for draft improvement, but suggested that I see how the newly cleaned flue performed prior to attempting any more expensive projects.
