Steve was extremely professional and knowledgeable and helped answer every question we had. I will use him every time we have an issue. We are very happy we called Northeast Chimney Sweeps to help fix our problem.

Steve came today 11/16/15 right on time. I told him about an issue we were having with smoke and he looked into it. He found a second flue in our house that another company had told us we didn't have. Steve educated us on why it was causing extra smoke, what our options were, and also how to take care of our usable fireplace and chimney. He even gave my kids coloring books! Definitely amazing customer service from a man who is an expert in his field. Will definitely be a repeat customer! Thank you, Steve!

The first year we used this company there was an issue with one of our chimneys. The owner, David Lamb, came out that day to correct the problem. What an outstanding guy. The last two years Steve has taken care of our chimneys. We think so highly of Steve that we will request he get our service calls when we schedule our appointments. On Saturday 8/29/15, Steven came to my house, a lil late but he gave me a courtesy call letting me know he would; which in my opinion is very considerate and professional. Nonetheless, he came to inspect a hole in my Chimney. When he came, I was a little nervous because the pervious company who came a couple weeks prior were a bit overwhelming when they relayed information to me. Steven inspected the area in the chimney and professionally articulated what needed to be done. He educated me of the hazardous issues I was facing. He was informative and truly concerned for my families well being; so much that he temporarily repaired the issue so we weren't in harms way. He didn't try to scare or con me into immediately getting the work done with his company but he gave me information and pamphlets, so I'm educated and understand the importance of getting it repaired (since I'm a new homeowner). I felt so comfortable and relaxed ( even though this work was going to cost me an arm and leg). I'm truly grateful he took pride in his work and was family oriented, but at the same time was about the business. As you all know, which is so rare to see these days. He worked on giving me a some discounts and didn't make me feel obligated to get the work done immediately. I'm truly grateful for this customer service and going above and beyond for this estimate! Stephen Bradway from Northeastern came to sweep my chimney for the winter. But he looked at everything. He checked the furnace, the exterior, anything related to the chimney. He gave some very good advice without making me feel that he was forcing a sale on me. I really felt that I came away with a lot of knowledge about my next steps. I will be recommending the company to others since our local person retired. I hope to get Steve back.
