Year 12 celebrated their formal on Friday 22nd November. Amongst the celebration it is tradition that our Brother Clarence Award Winners cut the Year 12 Formal Cake. This year's award winners are Jacob Ramos and Sabina Celiz. Thank you to the Campbelltown Catholic Club for hosting this year’s event. Best wishes to our Year 12 graduates. The 27th Annual CDF Diocesan Sports Awards, held on Friday 15th November at St Mary Star of the Sea College in Wollongong, was a night of celebration, inspiration, and sporting excellence. Mount Carmel was fortunate to have 7 students nominated for awards for their amazing achievements from Diocesan Sporting pathway events. Award winners include Ava Antala, Parker Cameron, Daniel Lill, Izach Saalea-Morgan, Ethan Littlewood, Nathan Williams and Liesl Hopoate. Pictured receiving their awards are Liesl, Daniel and Ethan. Congratulations to our students on a successful year and we are very proud to have them as Mount Carmel students.

U-Turn the Wheel is a program which educates young drivers on the challenges they face every day on our roads and is offered to all schools in the Campbelltown LGA. Presented last week to Year 11 students by staff from Cawdor Haulage and the local Highway Patrol Officers, students obtain hands on experience of sitting in the driver’s seat of a parked semi-trailer and a discussion on the responsibilities divers have when they are behind the wheel of a car.
