The annual Staff vs Year 12 matches brought plenty of excitement and school spirit. The volleyball match was a close and competitive contest, with the staff securing a 2–0 victory. The soccer game was equally energetic, with both teams displaying great skill and determination, before the staff claimed a 4–0 win. Watch next week for the basketball highlights. Congratulations to all participants for the enthusiasm, effort and sportsmanship shown.

On Friday, MacKillop House celebrated MacKillop Day in honor of their patron saint, Mary MacKillop. It was wonderful to see so many students taking part in the "Just Dance" session at lunch: thank you to everyone who joined in!

On Monday 24 August, during their scheduled House Meetings, Murray House & Howard House put aside their differences, and joined together in the spirit of friendly competition. Designed by the 8 House Captains, students participated in Heads & Tails Trivia and also Scissors - Paper - Rock with a number of winners from each stage taking to the stage in a final showdown. Congratulations to all students from both houses for a very different, yet enjoyable house meeting! We look forward to Term 4 when we get the opportunity again to come together as a house and celebrate all things Murray!
