It is with great pleasure that we introduce our Youth Ministry Leaders and Carmelite Captains for 2026. We’re confident that these students will represent the College with integrity and grace as they begin their formation journey.

🧆 What is a Mezze Box? A mezze box (or mezze platter) is a selection of small dishes, typically from Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, or North African cuisine. It combines different textures, colours, and flavours — perfect for teaching portioning, balance, and menu design. Mezze boxes are a fun, creative, and educational way for our Year 10 Food Technology students to explore international cuisine, sensory evaluation, nutrition, and presentation skills.

Our Year 9 students showcased amazing creativity and skill during their cake decorating activity, completing it in less than an hour with exceptional results! This impressive achievement comes from new skills they began learning at the end of Term 3; Ms Giles had a tough judging job! Congratulations to the students on their amazing creations!
