A great contest by all!

2025 College Cross Country Carnival will take place on Friday 11 April. The day will include novelty events, a giant inflatable obstacle course, and of course, our main running event. We encourage all students to get involved and make the most of this fun College tradition. KEY INFORMATION Early Finish: • Year 12 students will be dismissed at 2:00 pm to ease congestion in the car park. • Years 7–11 will be dismissed at 2:30 pm. • Supervision will be available for any students who need to wait for regular afternoon buses. Uniform & Dress Code: • Years 7–11: Must arrive and leave in full sports uniform. They may bring a house-coloured t-shirt or accessory to change into for the carnival. • Year 12 students: Costumes are allowed, and full sports uniform is not required. Food & Drink • Please note that the canteen will not be open on the day. • All students must bring their own food, and a water bottle is essential to stay hydrated throughout the day.

Mount Carmel are commemorating the 80th anniversary of the dropping of the atomic bomb on Hiroshima. The goal was to make 1000 paper cranes by 6th August as a tribute inspired by the story of Sadako. The staff and students collaborated and finished them in under a term. An amazing effort especially the giant crane.
