NATIONAL RECONCILATION | At St Mary Star of the Sea College, we begin National Reconciliation Week by honouring the rich histories, cultures, and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
This year’s theme, “Bridging Now to Next”, reminds us that the journey toward justice and equity is ongoing and urgent. We pay respect and honour the people and families effected by past policies. As a community, we are committed to our role in enabling the next generation by bridging now to next in engaging in Truth Telling, reflection, and action walking together in solidarity and hope.
