LET IT SNOW | Year 7 Science students created their own snow by combining Bicarbonate of Soda with conditioner. The students then created their own snowman! Some snowman were ‘melted’ by pouring vinegar over the top which was a neutralisation reaction. #snowysciencefun #coolreations #letitsnowchemistry

KIDSWISH | Yesterday, 22 incredible Year 11 students from St Mary’s lit up the KidsWish Christmas Party at Symbio Wildlife Park! Despite the warm weather, our students were beacons of positivity, embodying the true spirit of our College. Our SMC ambassadors took charge at various stations: The Entrance: Warm welcomes, barcode scanning, wristband distribution, and showbag giveaways. Toy Collection: Setting up the stall and helping kids pick their perfect toy. Photos with Santa: Capturing precious moments and applying festive tattoos. Epic Kids Play Zone & Sensory Space: Engaging in colourful activities, building, and bubble play. Beyond their assigned roles, our students energetically pitched in for event setup and pack-up, all with infectious smiles. It was a heart warming day, and the positive feedback kept pouring in!
