IS YOUR CHILD CURRENTLY IN YEAR 6?
In 2029 they will be in Year 12, preparing for work or further study and a life of opportunity. The years your child spends in high school not only prepare them academically, they also shape them into the person they will be throughout their life. Do you want your child to have an education where values like love, faith, respect, integrity, tenacity and courage are emphasised?
Come to Mamre Anglican School's Year 7 2024 Information Expo on Monday 1 May from 7.00pm to 8.30pm. Learn about our holistic approach to learning within a Christian environment. Find out about our social and emotional learning (SEL) program, extracurricular activities and how to apply for enrolment and scholarships.
Parents, carers and children are all welcome to attend. The Expo will be held in the Hall, Mamre Anglican School, 45 Bakers Lane Kemps Creek.

BUILDING BLOCKS OF LIFE // As part of their study of genetics, Year 10 Science students have been exploring DNA. They extracted strands of DNA from strawberries to examine under a microscope and then made models of a section of the chemical structure of DNA. How awesome is the intricate detail of God’s creation!

HAPPY CHRISTMAS! // We are used to Christmas in December and even Christmas in July, but Christmas in February? Our fantastic new shade sail has been installed in the Junior School thanks to your generosity at last year’s Christmas Extravaganza community fundraising event. Great to see our community’s support improving the learning environment of our students.

IS YOUR CHILD STARTING YEAR 7 IN 2024?
Mamre Anglican School's successful Peer Support Program is just one way we smooth your child's transition to high school.
- Our three day Year 7 Orientation Program in November of Year 6 helps them make new friends and familiarise themselves with the routines they will experience in Year 7 and beyond.
- Our Year 7 Core Program provides linkages across subjects enabling deeper inquiry based learning.
- House based Connect Groups provide a sense of belonging and identity for students as they undertake our social and emotional learning program (SEL).
We are welcoming prospective and current families to our Year 7 2024 Information Expo on Monday 1 May from 7.00pm to 8.30pm. Tours of the school are also available and can be booked on our website.
This short video by Peer Support Australia showcases Mamre Anglican School's Peer Support Program from last year.

Inspiring speeches were given by Mrs Graydon, Dux Imogen Coward and State Member Mrs Tanya Davies MP. Our Senior School students were encouraged to set the bar high, to be themselves, and to not wait for things to get easy - instead, to exercise our Mamre values of Tenacity and Courage to do and be their best even when things are hard.
