Where do we start. Our cruise was cancelled so we stayed at Blue Lagoon Resort. The owner met us at the boat landing and helped my mother to our room.

From there the attention to detail and friendly staff were beyond!
My mother has allergies and the chef at the Japanese restaurant created dishes for her. An unbelievable feat in our experience. A ten course meal!
I love that the resort offered options for every budget when it comes to accommodation. As a traveller, this is important to me.
Our travel agent spoke with the owner, Kylie and she made us feel extra special and upgraded us to a GORGEOUS beach front bungalow( we were disappointed because we were not experiencing the cruise).
I have to say that I am glad things worked out the way they did. THANK YOU to Kylie, her husband and all the amazing staff.
