Wow! One of the best resorts I’ve stayed at, and I’ve travelled quite a bit. I had such an amazing experience here. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and always willing to help with anything you need. You really feel that they care about making your stay special. I truly hope the owners appreciate their team and pay them well, because they deserve it! The beach is beautiful, with plenty of sun loungers, so it was always easy to find a spot. The snorkelling was excellent, and you can rent all the equipment you need directly at the resort. There are two swimming pools that were always well maintained, although I personally preferred spending my time at the beach. There is also a great range of activities, some included in your stay and others available for an additional fee. The resort also has a lovely space where you can relax, read a book or sit comfortably away from the beach. The Wi-Fi worked really well throughout my stay, which was a nice bonus. They also have a kids’ club, which I thought was a wonderful idea for parents who want some time to themselves. From what I saw, the children seemed to be having a great time and were well looked after. I also had a massage here, which was excellent. The price was very reasonable for a resort, and it was such a lovely way to relax. And then there’s the food, which deserves a review of its own! Breakfast was fantastic, with a buffet as well as a menu where you could choose different egg dishes, pancakes, French toast and more. Everything I tried was delicious. For lunch, you could choose between the main restaurant and the Japanese restaurant, Donu. I tried both and really enjoyed the food at each. Dinner at the main restaurant included a five-course menu, which I tried once and really enjoyed. However, the highlight for me was the omakase experience at Donu. The ten-course menu was absolutely incredible. Every dish was beautifully presented, creative and full of flavour. I loved being able to watch the chefs prepare the food, and as someone who really loves food, I was genuinely impressed by the quality, creativity and attention to detail. It was an outstanding dining experience that could easily compete with restaurants at a very high level. I also highly recommend the hike up to Neisau Peak. It takes around 45 minutes and rewards you with beautiful views of the surrounding islands and the village. Watching the sunrise from up there was such a special experience. Throughout my stay, I noticed how much effort went into keeping everything clean, tidy and well maintained. The whole team clearly takes pride in what they do, and it really shows. I had such a wonderful stay here, from the beautiful location and activities to the exceptional food and genuinely lovely staff. I would absolutely recommend this resort, and I would love to come back one day! Vinaka!
