The front office is absolutely horrible. Scam. At check out, I paid for room/meal charges of around $600 USD using a credit card. The payment went through, but the staff later told me the issuer is not accepted and I had to pay again using Visa. I did, and expected a refund. It has been over A MONTH, I've called and emailed multiple times. Their response was always we will walk to the bank. Where is my refund? It's been over a month!

No me aloje allí venía de otro homestay cercano, pero fui para comer a su restaurante y nos echaron dejándonos sin poder comer allí a mí y a mi hijo de 4 años, diciendo que estaba lleno el resort y que no podían servir comida a gente de otros lugares (el restaurante en ese momento estaba casi vacío),les pedí por favor que al menos me sirvieran para mí hijo y me dijeron que no. Me parece increíble el trato recibido y más negarle alimento a un niño; y más luego por las casualidades de la vida , me enteré que el manager tiene un hijo de la misma edad que el mío .
