Bad Customer service - General Manager really rude
Let me start than even is not my favourite Resort the instalation are nice but the customer service is really dissapointed. Everything starting with an issue with the Wifi, I couldn't connect the Iphone and after one day trying I went to Fronk Desk to ask for help, the staff kindly tried and told me this is a problem they have with Iphone because the network is not updated for the last version of IOS and offered me a device that you have to paid for this. My answer was that if is a problem that they are aware of and is not something climatic they shouldn't charge me for a service they can't provide...He called the general Manager
MATT, THE GENERAL MANAGER, SHOWED UP AND IN A REALLY RUDE WAY, WITHOUT LETTING ME EVEN TALKED SAID THAT THIS WAS NOT HIS PROBLEM, THAT HE DOESN'T KNOW AND IS NOT TRUE WHAT HIS 2 STAFF SAID AND IF I WANTED I HAVE TO PAID....
Is not about the money, is about how bad he talked to me and how bad he made me feel....not a Fijian Experience at all
This is not a way you threat your customers....I would never come back again or recommend this resort. Not because of Wifi but because of the lack of customer service
